The staff here do a great, thorough job… Never experienced such a thorough manicure and pedicure before. I’m only giving it 4⁄5 stars because the salon itself could use some updating… Although clean… The pedicure chair I was sitting in was uncomfortable because the flooring in the salon is not leveled. I found myself always being forced to the left side of the seat and constantly trying to shift myself to find a comfortable position. That kinda sucked… But the staff does an amazing job.

I went to Victoria’s for the first time today with my mother. When we arrived, there was only one other customer at the salon. We were immediately called over and helped. I am very pleased with the service. My mother selected a color for her gel mani and Lisa helped her pick a color that matched it for her pedi.
Both Lisa and Suri took their time to ensure that our nails were perfect. They were attentive and meticulous. Also, the pricing was very reasonable.
My only recommendation would be to add more colors to their nail polish selection. All in all, I had a great experience at this salon and I plan to return soon.

My friends showed me to go here since I was looking for a good eyebrow thread place. The lady (I forgot her name) but she thread my eyebrows perfectly and she shaped and clean my eyebrows really good. I really liked this place for my first time! Most of the lady I used to go for my eyebrow thread, they don’t really clean and shaped my eyebrows precisely but the lady in this salon she really did a good job. I just wish this salon is near where I lived (Astoria) because this salon is in Forest Hills but overall I’m definitely coming back.

Love this place. It’s clean and customers service is really good. I walked in for a pedicure on Saturday around 6 PM. Thankfully they wasn’t packed and I waited about 5 min until I got seated and Suri did my pedicure. My pedicure lasted about 15 – 20 min. She asked before doing anything which I really appreciate. While doing my pedicure I was browsing through there services and decided to do the eyebrow tinting which was $ 12. Suri was really nice and helpful to explain everything on the flyer. With a regular pedicure and eyebrow tinting my total was $ 28. Not bad. Wish they can come up with more deals that include facials and etc… Will definitely return when I’m in the area .
The only thing I wish if they could have more color selections.

Went with my friend for the twenty dollar mani and pedi deal. I had Suri she was very diligent and careful, my friend had Amy who was very sweet and caring. They did an amazing job and the hand and foot massage were amazinggggg. Planning on making this a monthly thing

I love this place. very clean store, great atmosphere & amazing service too! super friendly and really knows how to do eyebrows, facial, mains &pedis but over all great experience! they just opened two weeks ago so all the best Victoria nail & threading salon.

I really liked this place! It is clean close to home reasonable prices. Amazing service too! Super friendly and really knows how to do manis and pedis.
Why didn’t i give them 5 stars? I wish they had more colors. I would have loved more of a selection!
But overall great experience! They just opened 2 weeks ago but they are definitely worth the try.

Me and my wife visited this new saloon opened in our neighbour hood. Décor was clean. Though my wife had a nail service she just loved the procedure. The place is very hygienic. Even prices are very reasonable
I hope they come up with new offers very soon.
