Okay, as it goes with all things weddings(okay, maybe just MY wedding), crap happens. Without barraging you Unilocalers with all the crafting-gone-wrong details, I realized on Sunday that I was in immediate need of a custom return-address stamp in order to complete the outer envelopes for my wedding invitations. Since I am a die-hard Etsy fan, on Monday, I began scouring the site for custom stamps. I contacted a couple of sellers inquiring into pricing and shipping options for my custom stamp. I made fast contact with one seller, and we traded a few emails before, mid-conversation, she stopped responding. When, by Tuesday afternoon, I still hadn’t heard back from her, I needed to find an alternative. I’ve learned where Etsy fails me, Google never does. I was lucky enough to come across Inkspirations in my search, and thank God I did. You can find them at: . I submitted an email to the«Contact Us» email address listed on the Inkspirations page at 2:41 pm on Tuesday, in which I outlined my overwhelming time crunch. Barely an hour later, I received a very detailed and thorough reply back from Carol. She told me that she could begin working on my stamp immediately, outlined her pricing(which was cheaper than any other sellers I’d found), and offered to overnight it to me. I readily agreed, and right away, she sent me an invoice via PayPal. By Wednesday morning, Carol had completed and mailed my stamp. Thursday when I got home from work, my absolutely perfect, impeccably-made custom return-address stamp was there waiting for me. This allowed me to finish my wedding invitation envelopes and get them off to my caligrapher with time to spare.(Phew!) I cannot fully express my level of satisfaction with Carol and Inkspirations and am eagerly awaiting the time when I might need another custom stamp.
