Timeless Elements Med Spa and Laser Center

Save your Time and avoid Timeless… I think Timeless’s name came from the unchanging approach to the treatment of patrons. If you’re not a first time customer, they simply don’t care about you. I went in to try out this spot and everyone was really friendly. They spoke about deals and spent time chatting with me. I tried to go in for a second appointment twice– both horrible experiences. I called today and asked about promotions. They said, they only have things for new clients. The woman put me on hold and then came back to tell me, yea, only new clients. They should probably learn that investing in your current customers is even more important than bringing in new ones. I told them I would just go somewhere else. Just about every spa is better in the Forest Lake area than this one.

I went to Timeless Elements awhile back to have some Botox and a peel done. The staff were very friendly, but the services I had were mediocre at best. I started off with having Botox to treat my crows feet. I went back a few days later to have a vi peel. My appointment was supposed to be with Lesa. After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, Denise came out to tell me she would be doing my peel instead. Denise did a very rushed job applying the peel, and didn’t do anything to prep my skin beforehand. I had showed up with a clean face with no makeup on, and having had peels in the past I’m familiar with the process. The esthetician should apply alcohol or acetone to remove any excess oils before applying the peel. That didn’t happen. I went home and finished the at-​home portion of the peel. A week later, my face hadn’t even had the slightest evidence of peeling. Needless to say, the peel was not effective at all and cost approximately 300 dollars. I would not recommend getting a peel at Timeless Elements and I won’t be back.

This place is very relaxing, the staff is friendly and polite, and I can always get an appointment when I need one. I have not sampled many of their other services but the place always seems to have clients going in and out.

My husband purchased a full spa day for me at this establishment and was told it was really easy to get in for appointments. My spa day included a manicure, pedicure, massage and facial. I called to set up an appointment for all of the services or a few and could only get in for my facial on a day that I was available. I went in and the facial was wonderful and Heather who did it was very nice.
The front desk person was a different story. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was less than helpful. I gave her my gift card and she barely knew what to do with it and was talking about my remaining balance when it was explained twice to her that I had a spa package. She finally understood and I tried to make further appointments for my remaining services and it was next to impossible so I gave up. She even asked if I wanted further services today, I explained I already tried and couldn’t get in and when she checked the schedule, she informed me they were booked. Sigh, I already knew that.
Then, I asked about substituting the manicure for something else and was told that was fine. I asked if they had a list of services so I could pick out something else and was just told they don’t have one. She wasn’t helpful at all. I am a new customer, how am I supposed to know what products/​services they offer? What was supposed to be relaxing turned into a stressful situation, trying to figure out how and when to use my services. I am very disappointed.
I just feel like they could have put forth a little more effort to help me choose and make an appointment for my remaining services but they really just didn’t care.

Nice! Staff very professional. Very clean. Offers a variety of services.
