All My Sons Moving & Storage of South Atlanta

If Unilocal would allow me to give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT use this company to move. Their movers were lazy and we, the customer, moved faster than they did. The movers arrived 40 mins late to do the move, took almost 3 hours (lunch) to get to our new home, lied and said they got lost. We gave them physical directions, and drove the same route, and it took us 45 mins to get there. The movers got sweat all over our cushions, and did not put my bed back together. When I asked who would put it back together they said, «Oh, you want it put back together?» They did not have tools and attempted to blame it on their company for not providing them with tools. In addition, the management attempted to slip in extra fees for labor and using a credit card before I paid. When I confronted the manager about it he changed it, but why attempt to manipulate a customer in the first place. This company is not professional, and will make moving a nightmare.
Do yourself a favor, use movers that come highly recommended by a trusted friend or family member, and do not use All My Sons Moving and Storage.

Let me start off by saying, I signed up for a Unilocal Account just to leave this post. If there was an option of Negative Stars, I would leave that.
They. Did. Not. Show. Up.
Deposit had been paid, Time Slot had been confirmed… and then confirmed… and then confirmed again. We spoke to the Dispatcher at 6:00 PM for our scheduled 1−6PM Time Slot on May 30^th, and he said the men were still working and they would definitely be there eventually. We finally got a call at 8:30 PM. They weren’t coming.
This could have been told to us hours earlier. Understandably, the company wants to make money and they overbooked. Buyer, beware.
