The worst McDonalds in the area. Today I had the rudest woman in the drive-​thru and SHE made the mistake!!! I had to drive back to get my right order and she never apologized she gave me a dirty look instead. Ignorant!!! This wasn’t the first time they made a mistake for me. Management read the other reviews get your store in order.

Ok I will admit I used to eat here and once upon a time would visit McDonald’s more than I like to admit. This location has an easily accessible drive thru. The inside is also clean and neat. The staff are average. The food is average but they never usually mess up my order. The parking lot is medium size. There can be some questionable persons hanging around so just be aware but usually not too bad.

The worst service ever, make sure to check your order it’s never correct — I called to complain and after a week no response. The wrong food, food missing, wrong sauce, under filled drinks — and as the owners don’t seem to care — no wonder the store could care less — there is no accountability

Like they could sit me down and be like «son, you might as well buy these in bulk so you don’t waste all that time coming here 5 times a day. «and I’ll be ripping my current lease up in fronna dem already looking at the paper for cheap rooms to rent near this location. I love these shakes

I went in and ordered a large chocolate shake. I was expecting a nice large cup with a chocolate shake, instead I got this rather small cup (not a large size, by ANY MEANS) with the McCafe logo on the side. What happened to the nice big chocolate shakes that cost a buck or two? This is not what I wanted, or even ordered.

Not the greatest Mc Donalds out there but it does the job. I find myself more and more disliking the taste of McDonald’s burgers and fries.

I am not real big on Mc Donald’s burgers, not for health reasons, just their sheer horribleness. They were okay when they made them… recently. The whole microwave/​drawer thing doesn’t work.
So It was last and things being what they are I went to Ms Donalds. I do not expect a lot. I had a chicken club meal… and it was miserable. I mean they aren’t even trying!
I ordered and got my cup for soda and went over while they put my order together. The pop area was pretty messy. Puddles of ice and soda and lids all over… out of ketchup… I decided I could live without opening a bunch of little packets and did not bother to mention it. I am certain they will remedy that when they clean the area.
I am not sure if the guy at the drive in window and the guy making french fries were really getting ready to fight, bu they were swearing and the guy in black seemed to be saying «I can send you home» to someone… if the window guy was mad because the french fries were cold. I am on his side! I imagine they were goofing off, that is what teen age boys do. The cursing did make it surreal!
The fries were cold. How can they always be cold? I mean I never get fresh hot fries at McD’s… ever. Perhaps they have some sort of list? The Do not fry list.
The chicken club was really okay… until the second bite when I realized I had this massive unripe tomato on it. What is it that some one will serve a tomato they have no intention of eating! It’s like they are saying «Here John, the tomato isn’t really ripe, but to make it all extra shitty we cut it really thick!» I know that’s is stupid, they don’t know my name.
Will I go back? Well, I do not plan to! But realistically, if I am there and hungry at 10:30 I will probably hope for something not awful and still be disapointed.

Gross environment, Bad customer service.

Does it make you nervous that anytime you come into this place the tables and the soda area have not been cleaned properly? This reflects on the food. Half the time I use the convienience of this place the food is not fresh, i.e. stale buns with toasted dried out areas. Sad. Clean every ½ hour and throw away food about that much and this place would probably do much better.

I come to this McDonald’s probably more than I would like to admit; at the very least once a week. I work and live right in the area so it’s very convenient. I take a late lunch and even then there are people waiting in the drive through line however they are very friendly, quick, efficient and have never gotten my order wrong.
Perhaps they have upgraded their staff since the last reviews were left. I suggest anyone looking to get their fry fix to stop at this Micky D’s.

Once again I must agree with Robert. The best experience i had here was when things were ridiculously slow (business wise and food preparing wise) and the manager noticed that it took forever to get my chicken nuggets so he said any item on the menu I want on top of my order was free. That accounts for the star, but it only happened once and all other times it takes forever to get food with no compensation.
Another time my friend and his family all went for the 39 cent burgers. Every one of them got sick. You also have to watch out for people (especially in the morning) coming out of this lot. More than a few times I’ve almost seen accidents occur because it seems like the clientele here are just plain rude and stupid and don’t like to look before pulling out of the lot into the crowded Des Plaines traffic. Idiots.

Always a bad experience here.
