McDonald’s

This location has really gone down hill in food quality and sevice. I was given a cup of tea with no ICE. The store was out. I ordered a McRib and opened it and no BBQ sauce. I returned the sandwich and then was told they were out of BBQ sauce.

Horrible ! Slow! Couldn’t remember what I ordered at either window and all I ordered was fries! Trust me just go to another location because this one isn’t worth it.

This place is a cesspool. I wish they would bulldoze it, build a new McDonalds, and hire all new staff. Don’t stop here, just do yourself a favor and keep driving. The food orders are never correct, the employees are unpleasant, and the manager I’ve seen has no clue what she’s doing.

Having to use the restroom we rushed In. Im Strict about buying something when using the facilites so I stood In line to order a lg drink…
After wait9ing over 5 mins with no service I watched the MGR on duty get a milk from the small refer case for the drive thru no biggie. However I also noted while doing so she knocked out 3 or 4 dressings to the floor. The icing on the cake is when she came back she scooped them up and put right back into the same place they were … OMG I walked out
Now I understand this is a terrible part of town but Im at a loss here
Next time im in the area I figure i will visit their dumpster out back at least there I know what im getting and Its worth the price.

If not the worst McDonald’s in ga, it’s in the running. I will not be visiting this location unless it’s an emergency! You have to ask for napkins, I ordered a filet fish sandwich lite tarter sauce, it was on a big Mac bun loaded with tarter sauce. When I called back, I was told they were out of buns for all sandwiches. So as a customer I should be told forehand instead of being forced with an unoriginal sandwich! Poor customer service and poor communication skills!

I’ve never been inside this Mc. Donalds, nor have I been here anytime after 6:30am, but I must admit to visiting fast food restaurants with better service. I waited in line today a little over 5 minutes, was asked about 4 times what my order was by 3 different servers, though in fairness, they did apologize for the delay and confusion (but did try to have me pay a second time). I can likely chalk it up to the early period of time in the day, and maybe they have stellar service in the afternoon, but I have experienced better, but as long as I have a parfait craving, i’ll swing by
