Inconsistent eyebrow arching skills… While one tech was very good my eyebrows were perfect. Went back the next technician completly messed my eyebrows up
.my eyebrows were totally different and too thin… still trying to grow them back now for several months.

First time getting my eyebrows threaded, Loved it! Also eyelashes very natural and easy to remove.

I only get my eyebrows threaded here, but they all do a great job at it. I come in about one a month to get my eyebrows done. They also have a rewards program that’s decent.

My last experience was around December 23^rd 2012 and I was not happy.

I usually have a good experience with seva since i started coming here but this past visit they were really busy. This is understandable with the holiday season but they were rushing to finish my brows and my right brow had small hairs and i had to ask The young woman to please do it again. I dont like to have to ask someone to do a job correctly. they are being paid to do it correctly. I also had my full arms waxed and there were pieces of wax left on my hands and arms even after she applied the oil. There was also hair left on my hands which are visible. Again, i was really annoyed because i felt she was rushing to get to the other customers. I am a paying customer too and i wasnt happy with the service that day and i know she could see it on my face because usually when im there, i am usually happy with their work/​styling. This was not the case this time.
I spent a decent amount of money this past visit and i felt the service was quite lacking. I do not plan to return

I’ve been a customer for a year and a half. I’ve never been more disappointed and upset then I was last night. The young lady that very poorly attempted to help me was rude from the moment i walked in. She was on her cell phone when i approached the counter to check in. When I asked for my regular she very rudely replied. She then spent 2 minutes trying to plead her case of my refusal for her to thread my eyebrows. I stated 4 different times that I only allow Saruch (I am butchering that I know) to thread any hair on my body. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows and drop a dime sized amount of HOT WAX IN MY HAIR. When I stood up and looked in the mirror and noticed the wax she didn’t say anything. She proceeded to walk towards the register. When I asked her was she not going to tell me about the wax she proceeded to talk about how easy the wax could be removed but provided me with nothing to remove the wax. I had to cut the wax out of my hair. I am so disappointed because this was my go to place for my hair removal and i spend a lot of my hard earned pennies on the services. Please Please rectify the situation if you want to keep me a customer.

It was my first time coming in and was a little skeptical about getting my eyebrows done in a Walmart. But when I walked in, the employees were very friendly and welcoming. I had to wait a few minutes because it was Saturday and they were full but it wasn’t too bad. My eyebrows were done in about ten minutes and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Also, they were shaped to my liking! I’m excited to come back in for eyelash extensions.

Never disappoint, I always leave a happy customer. Every employee I’ve encountered has done an excellent job. A lady named pinky took care of me this last time around and I recommend her. She is friendly and listens to what you want done. Can be a bit busy on the weekends but they move quickly and get you in and out in a timely manner. It is located inside a Walmart so you do have to deal with finding parking especially on weekends.

I love this place. Quick, affordable, cozy and they do a great job on threading eyebrows. They offer you different moisturizers or witch hazel to put on the eyebrows after they are done I have recommended 4 family members and they come often as well. All the ladies do a great job, but I prefer one (can’t recall her name).

It was ok. I went on a Saturday. I didn’t have to wait long. I got my legs and underarms waxed and my eyebrows threaded for the first time! She said it should last about a month. We shall see. I definitely love my eyebrows!

This place provides great service! I always go to the same Indian woman. She’s the older one. She’s been doing my eyebrows for 5 years already. She’s fast and knows how to shape. The location is convenient as well.

I am glad that I took a chance and tried them out. They are located inside Walmart. The lady who did my brows did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I don’t recall her name. My eyebrows were actually shaped properly. Usually when I get my eyebrows threaded, they just clean it up and I have to ask them to shape them or make them thinner. It was only $ 8 (plus tip of course) which is a great deal. I think they are better than the shops at north riverside and the one at Yorktown.

Today was my second time going to get my eyebrows threaded at this location and I will never return. I was very disappointed when I told the lady how I wanted my eyebrows shaped before she started and it did not seem to matter b/​c they did not look anything like I asked. I asked for a clean up straight across-​not an arch. She made my eyebrows way to thin and they were uneven. I will spend the extra money and go someplace more professional.
