I will never go here again. It’s my usual stop probably twice a month going to work. However this morning the rudeness was overwhelming. I went in and ordered a caramel frappé and went to the waiting area. I waited while all the people that were ahead of me got their coffee. I waited while people after me got their coffee. I finally asked the barrista if my frappé was coming. She said the order sticker machine was down so she didn’t get my order. Well maybe the cashier needs to go back to the old way where you write the order on the cup or the barrista should have asked me what I was waiting on since I had been there longer than anyone else. I didn’t say anything then she handed me a frappé and said sorry without even looking at me. I see Giovanni’s post and maybe the barrista was the same woman? Anyway, the whole time the manager was sitting at a table next to the bathroom and did nothing either. Take your orders to a different starbucks, I plan on going out of my way to another one next time.

I stopped going to this Starbucks because the staff were unfriendly to the point of rudeness. I was a regular and not once did the counter staff show even a bit of recognition. Definitely not the culture of Starbucks, and not what I’ve experienced at other locations.

NEVERAGAIN!!! Me and my husband went there for a quick coffee, he’s the Starbucks fan, or at least was, SLOWESTSERVICEEVER!, nothing but attitude from the dark haired female… She kept giving us dirty looks, I should’ve gotten her name but my focus was calming my husband down cuz he was VERYCLOSE to SNAPPING off on her, and rightfully so. We don’t tolerate rudeness, I stopped him from calling the Corporate office, HOWEVER, IF it happens again, we will go up the chain of command. Trust and believe

Asked for the new citrus green tea latte featured smack dab in the center of the menu board, and received a mint green tea. When I asked for something to wipe one of the tables down with(the only open table), the employee turned around and made a snide remark to her coworker when she thought I had stepped away. Clearly no knowledge about their own promotions and bad attitudes which I don’t find at other Sbux. Too bad.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years… have always enjoyed the staff and atmosphere. But, lately… they have been blasting the music like it’s a club. I come to work, and I have to put my headphones on to drown out the music. You ask them to turn it down, and they say they can’t work the new music system. It’s crazy…

I feel like what makes this Starbucks stand out amongst others is their welcoming and friendly staff. This place is also really chill compared to the one in Oak Park– which to me is always very chaotic and loud. I also always come across very unique individuals at this spot– one time I met Chaka Khan’s back up singer. He was working on some new tunes which he allowed me to listen to. Cool little spot.

This Starbucks was close to our previous place in Forest Park. It was consistently clean, had somewhere for me to sit or study, and never ran out of food items. The staff of were never rude to my knowledge. I was also always able to find street parking. What I like about this place is the consistency. I am always able to walk in, find my favorite foods and drinks and never worry about them running out. So in summary: 1. Clean 2. Consistent 3. Reliable 4. Street parking 5. Plenty of seating 6. No negatives 7. Delicious food 8. Delicious drinks 9. Courteous staff 10. Plenty of non food goodies to buy around the holidays 11. I’ve run out of things to list Thanks Forest Park Starbucks. You guys are OK!

Just moved to the area and I have been coming here at least 4 days a week. Always a positive experience here, quick and friendly service. I usually stop in around 12 or later in the day so rarely a line. I have much appreciation for the baristas of starbucks considering I used to be one in the city! Only complaint is that they no longer serve hazelnut frappuccinos! Or so this was my experience on saturday. So the cashier offered an alternative — coffee frapp with toffee nut and caramel drizzle. DELICIOUS. I have yet to stop in during a morning rush period not have I tried to camp out and do some work here but I plan to soon. Seems like a pretty spacious space compared to other locations I’ve been to.

It’s a Starbucks, sells Starbucks coffee. Good size if you have group of people and can’t find seating at Counter Coffee down the street. Staff is fast and courteous.

Great location, small size, good employee. Better alternative to River Forest for groups as you might actually get a seat during peak hours… but still unlikely

This is one of the most generous shops on the block. Last month I had a fundraising event for a nonfor profit in Chicago, and was unable to find a coffee sponsor; however, when I reached out to the Manager here she went above and beyond to get exactly what we needed. Without her help we would have been lost. I always am greeted with friendly faces and great service at this location, but they really do find ways here to reach out to the community and that is something rare. Wonderful place!

I live right across the street, so very convenient for me. Service is always great and the employees are always welcoming with a smile and ask how I am doing. The only thing I can say that may be a disadvantage to people is the parking situation. You either have to pay(if there’s spots available) or park on the street. When it’s super busy, parking is not easy.

This Starbucks changed their employees on the morning shift and now it is smooth sailing. They serve you with a smile and work much faster with the guidance of the shift manager. I now leave with a smile.

Wow! What a find! A little Starbucks right there on the corner of Madison and some street just west of Harlem. Parking may be a problem if there’s something going on in the«downtown» area of Forest Park, but it seemed that folks were from the neighborhood and just walked over for their favorite drink. The service was fair, although a bit fake — she really didn’t care about my day and what was going on. However, she did a wonderful job assisting me in my selection of that drink that my son likes. I just had to describe it and she knew just what he wanted. The person making the drinks was efficient, however was no nonsense. Overall, I like that I was able to park, get my order placed without a wait and get out quickly. Good job Starbucks however, it may be a well kept secret, hence the lower business in comparison to the Starbucks on Harlem in River Forest. Still, I’m grateful, that I found you and will be back.

One of the best locations of Starbucks ! Totally love it ! Every time I’m in they are super nice and super professional ! Manager Jackie is the best ! This lady was made to work with public!!! I changed my location just because Jackie, Victor and Moira transferred here ! I always say it’s not the place it’s the people that make atmosphere… I strongly suggest this location for your everyday Starbucks coffee.

I don’t come here terribly often, but when I do it’s always a toss up on how long I’m going to have to wait. There seems to be a less efficient system working here that isn’t in other locations. I sometimes wait long enough to the point where I question if they’ve forgotten about me. I have however found the employees friendly and the coffee well made. I must mention that parking is a b***h. So I suggest walking if you can. If you need guaranteed free parking I suggest going to the River Forest location less than a mile north.

The line here was out the door at 7:30 on a Friday morning. I decided not to order anything. The wi-fi here is spotty. I don’t even know what I’m doing here. To be honest, I’d rather drink Dunkin’ Donuts or McDonald’s coffee. Starbucks doesn’t taste bad or anything. It’s just that«smart» image. I don’t like it, nor do I like waiting in line for 15 minutes.
