Very shady business practices and horrific customer service. I was recently billed twice for the same order, and received two of the exact same order. Also, looking at the time stamps on the order slips, they were about 20 hours apart, so this wasn’t a case of me accidentally double-​clicking either. I politely contacted them about sending the duplicate order back, and they refused to take it back at first and then finally said they would take it back but that I am responsible for the return shipping because I placed the orders. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them again.
