. The hotel, an exterior corridor layout, just had a dingy and depressed feel to it. The parking lot and property was not lit at all. Our room, where we parked right outside of, was on the corner of the property and no one else was in that area except someone who sat in their car, smoking ciggs, and listening to music semi-​loudly. Really strange and kind of shady.
As far as the hotel room went, we didn’t notice any dirt, webs, or grossness. The coffee maker did not work, though, which kind of sucked. The bed was comfortable and the room served its purpose.
Even though this review sounds like I ripped it, I’m giving it three stars because it was a relatively, cheap stay after driving 500+ miles that day. The front staff was kind. They did provide a free, HOT, breakfast which my fiancé said appeared delicious (we didn’t try it, though).

Cons: it’s pretty dingy and needs remodeling. The towels are as flat as pancakes and as hard as concrete. The heater blows heat and air. The telephone doesn’t work. The bedding is scary! The furniture is is desperate need of cleaning. The curtains are worn down. No lotion, pen or pad.
Pros: no bugs, no noticeable mold and mildew, refrigerator and microwave. Conveniently located across the highway from Wal-​Mart and beside Waffle House. Very pleasant and patient staff.
Not the best but definitely not the worst!
