LOVE this salon! The ladies are all so talented and kind. The owner, Sharon, is always welcoming and appreciative of your business. Kristin is my hairstylist and she is incredible!!! I have never received so many compliments on my hair! She is not only great at cuts and styles but her color skills are unbelievable. She also makes sure that you’re comfortable with everything she’s doing and that you understand how to handle your cut and color at home. She even taught me how to curl my hair using my flat iron, taking so much time with me! She doesn’t pressure you to spend money and buy products from there, which is nice also!
Watching the other stylists, you can see firsthand the skill and talent they have also. It’s also a quiet salon where you can relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!!! I could go on and on but you need to experience it yourself!!!

I do not recommend this beauty salon. Dawn put a perm in my Mom’s hair. She could see all kinds of pieces of hair sticking out from the rollers. She also did not cut her hair straight. She had very little curl from this perm. She tried to call to talk to the owner. They said she was out and they would have her call. She never did. A family member that had recommended Dawn called. They tried to say my Mom was pulling at the rollers and then was asking what kind of medications she was taking because it might have caused the perm not to take. She ended up going somewhere else and had another perm put in. She told them about her experience. They said they never heard of medications affecting a perm. None of my family or friends will ever go to Future Images. They do not know a thing about customer service. What happened to the customer is always right!
