The food is amazing here. I don’t understand why it isn’t packed constantly but if you want authentic, amazing food you need to eat here! The spongy bread that is served to eat the food is wonderful and unlike anything I have ever had before. The complexity of flavors is so harmonious it’s like a party in your mouth. Makes me feel like a kid again because it is expected you eat with your hands and yet there is an air of sophistication to the dishes. If you haven’t tried it yet you really are doing a disservice to yourself! Also heads up they are moving the location to Fort Avenue next month so don’t miss out!!!

One of the few hidden gems in Lynchburg. I have been to few Ethiopian cuisine in some big cities but this place definitely tops them all. Their food is very delicious and the injera bread is so yummy. The price is very reasonable. This is a perfect place either you are a meat lover or a vegetarian. We have taken all our friends and colleague and they all loved it. The host is very friendly but it is definitely not too well-known among the locals. Go there and enjoy a good delightfully tasteful cuisine.

Great food. Every dish is delicious. Ironically, they don’t give very much injera with the meal, but it’s one of the best restaurants in the area.
