I’m so disappointed. We’ve been doing business with this dry cleaner for over 10 years, but will have to look for another service provider. They’ve damaged our shirts in the past, but mostly just broken or misplaced buttons. But this time I picked up my husband’s shirts and when I got home found one shirt(an expensive J Crew oxford dress shirt) had the collar shredded near the front neck line by the top button. It looked like someone had used sand paper on it. It was destroyed and unwearable. It was in an obvious damaged state when M&M cleaners hung it on a hanger, bagged it and delivered it to me. I brought it back to them with the tag still on it and still in the bag. I told the manager that the shirt had not been dropped off with them in that condition, but he said he would only credit the $ 3 and change we paid to have it cleaned. That’s unacceptable. Good thing there are other dry cleaners in town. I strongly suggest that you try them before using M&M cleaners.
