These guys are amazing! Every order, whether to work, home, or picked up at the shop, has been perfectly prepared. The staff & delivery guys are very friendly and professional, and FAST! (Tonight, we ordered twice, because I accidently hit «Carnivore» when trying to order the «Herbivore» online for our vegetarians. Yes, it was entirely MY fault — -not the website ‘s fault! BOTH pies arrived about 20 minutes after ordering! And both were absolutely delicious!)

Everyone in our family loves Upper Crust Pizza!!! The sauce and dough are the BEST around and won us away from two other nearby small pizza places.
We have always had terrific customer service – very friendly folks – and I am continually impressed at how involved they are with the local schools and the amount of money and discounted (or even free) pizza they donate.
The white chicken pizza is my personal fav–

The pizza here is ok. Nice toppings, but the crust is undercooked. Leftovers are better than the first time.
The one star rating is solely based on their customer service. We got a pizza delivered. It arrived crushed. We were told by the delivery kid we would get a credit on our card. When the statement arrived, there was no credit. So I called and the owner answered. He apologized, blamed both the crushed pizza and lack of credit on his having a lot of «rookies». But to his credit, he offered me a $ 40 credit for use later.
Problem is when I called a week and a half later to use the credit, the owner was not there and the manager would not let me use the credit. He offered me half off my order instead. This place is disorganized and dishonest.
Do not order from here. I hate to say it, but the chains are better.
