If I could give them. zero stars, I would. Ordered a double cheeseburger, and recieved a single cheeseburger. The place is dirty, the customer service sucks, and they are rude. I can’t wait until the demographic changes and the shopping center has healthy choices for food.

I went on a Sunday afternoon I think. The workers were kind and I got through the drive through in a jiffy. The food is a little less than OK. I’m not a huge fan of fast food anyway, but it was less than OK and less than OK for other Burger King’s I’d been to. It’s not bad, it’s not good. It just is; and that’s OK because it’s Burger King. What do you expect?

Rude, unprofessional staff. I once waited 45 minutes in the drive through. Forty five minutes. I only stayed because I kept thinking«It CAN’T be much longer.» When I finally got to the window, I waited 15 minutes before the lady at the window said they didn’t have any Whoppers ready. AREYOUSERIOUS?! Burger King DOESN’T HAVEWHOPPERS?! FOR45MINUTES?! Today I had an extremely long wait for just an order of 3 soft-serve cones(15 minutes). The staff did not serve in any kind of order. At one time they had 10 – 12 tickets up and it seemed like none of the staff knew what they were doing. Some were just walking around lackadaisically. NEVER coming back. EVER. Don’t go. Not worth the wait. Really, it’s not worth the wait.

If you are in a rush, don’t come here. I’m just saying, what are you doing in there that’s taking so long? I only went to the drive thru. it was breakfast time, I was the second car in line and it still took me 13 minutes to get my order. I only order 2 things! I left confused as to what took so long. I looked at the other Unilocal review while I was waiting(normally I dont need advice on fast food but I had time on my hands) and discovered someone else thought they were slow too. Bottom line they’re slow.

I will give this BK an A-OK rating for having hot food, getting my order correct after having asked for a specialty sandwich, and great customer service. The server, Jermaine, was very helpful and even saved me a bit of money by recommending a different type of sandwich. Con: The drive through was rediculously slow, especially considering the fact that the lobby was empty.
