I utilized this space for a repast. I worked directly with Nate Pope. She was difficult to maintain communication with i. e had to leave multiple messages, her voicemail box was full, meetings are based on what’s convenient for her schedule. She was not hands on to do the AV equipment as she stated. Her staff repeatedly said she would be in to help since they had no clue how to do so but did not. I asked for some markers outside since it’s in a warehouse area and not the easiest to find. This did not happen. She came in once guests arrived to give some face time. Again, why wouldn’t you do this BEFORE? If I had more time, I would have searched for another venue just based on the initial contact. The facility was fine but it’s the management that leaves a lot to be desired. I would not use or recommend to anyone.
