Sunshine Coffee Roasters

It’s confusing to me that anyone would want to go to this place let alone actually consume anything produced in it. One look around and you can see how filthy it is.
I simply can’t recommend anything this place has to offer which really stinks for me since I pass by it every day and would love to be able to get coffee there. Unfortunately it’s just not an option.

Best quality of cold brew I ever have; better than Acre, four Bertram, blue bottle, or velvet! If you are into intense and strong ice coffee in the summer, here is your go to place.
Its world famous iced coffee is an extraordinary summer time sweet drink, sweet and creamy, if you are visiting the winery in the area and just want something to chill.
They do latte art sometimes.

Consistently great coffee comes out of roasters espresso bar. Every drink I have consumed from both locations has always been delicious. I absolutely love that they always have decaf brewed, their pastries are delicious and the service is great. If you stop in and Stephani is working you must get a mocha shake, as she is the best shake maker there. Keep up the good work guys!

I got the house coffee large and I love it! I drink coffee on occasion and I heard from a little bird this place was Dakine. So I stopped in the menu was easy to read and understand being a novice at coffee lingo. I was offered many choices of brews and I choose french roast. I will choose this coffee joint over starbucks till I die. :) I will tell everyone to go here instead. Give me a bumper sticker or some cards! Thank you for enlightening me on my coffee journey, I have found nirvana (best band btw)

Amazing! I love their mocha espresso milkshakes! I ask for it without the beans and it’s super creamy and delish! Also, they don’t use yucky chocolate syrups they use legit powder and make it the OG way. The only mocha I’ve been able to enjoy in West County so far!!!

On any other day I would give Roasters 5 stars, but my experience yesterday is my basis for writing this review.
I didn’t catch the barista’s name, but you can easily recognize him with his giant nose ring and saggy pants. I came in with a group of four other people and everyone pretty much knew what they wanted. I was getting a 5 pound sack of coffee which is $ 50. With my previous experiences here I thought he would grind my coffee and ask me what free drink I’d like. Letting everyone else order I thought it was odd he didn’t want to start grinding the beans as soon as possible since the last time it took about twenty minutes. When he asked me what I would like I said I wanted my coffee ground. He gave me this blank look and said ‘we don’t do that here’. I looked at the coffee grinder and said I’ve had it done before. He told me I would have to go behind the building to get it ground. Okay… Well, do I at least get a free drink? Nope. He told me he could knock a dollar off if I wanted something. gee thanks mister. I got a latte for $ 2 and with his vague instructions we all went behind the building to get my coffee ground by someone much nicer. I always make sure to leave a tip here but not for this guy. In fact if I ever see him working here when I come to get coffee, I’m walking down the street to the other coffee shop.
This review is just for my experience yesterday. I can honestly say I love their coffee and all the other employees that work there!

Such great coffee! I tried the Horchata Latte and it was PERFECT!!! Little hole in the wall that I will revisit time and time again whenever I am in the area.

The absolute best coffee company around! Fantastic people and even better coffee. I highly recommend finding the many places that brew Sunshine– new favorite!

In a county full of great coffee shops, Sunshine Coffee Roasters definitely stands out as being one of the best. I don’t live near either of their coffee shop locations so I buy the beans at wholefoods and brew it myself. I am hooked on the «Light roast» and strongly recommend you try it if your tired of burnt tasting coffee.

I own a hotel and we have been using Sunshine coffee for about a year. The quality is great and the service and price are very good. I am so happy to have found them.

Super friendly staff and coffee was great. We were visiting from MN and the barista gave us all kinds of advice on dining and activities. Locals came and went and joined the conversation. Seemed like the coffee shop version of Cheers!

Quaint and cozy location serving up tasty coffees and teas. They also can serve up a mighty tasty smoothie!

I’ve enjoyed their espresso many times at Mosaic which is right across the street and finally had to stop by the miniscule little café. It was nothing fancy (and they don’t take credit cards, bleh) but he sure did pull a great shot of espresso. I ended up ordering beans from their site online and have not been disappointed.

Who would have thought that an ex bread baker could roast tasty coffee. I have bought wholesale from these guys, and never been disappointed. They offer fairly traded beans at a good price.
