By far the worst Taco Bell place ever. Do not waste your time. Not worth it. Food taste old and stale. You can taste more of the syrup in the soda and they don’t even add ice, you have to ask for it. Soda had a dirt floaty.

The picture speaks for itself. We ordered $ 25 of food– get home, unwind– put the food on the table for the family– and my fiancé takes his chalupa out, and it’s. Hair(LONG hair) intertwined in the lettuce and other toppings. I will be writing corporate as well as the managers there.

Just don’t go. Poor customer service, uncooked food, long lines and poorly managed. Decided to go on Friday. When I arrived, the drive thru line was maybe 10 cars deep. So I decided to go inside which turned out to be a bad idea. I ordered two meals and it took 20 minutes at a «fast food» restaurant to receive two simple taco meals. They had one person cooking, one cashier, one person running drive thru and a young lady who seems like she was in training walking around confused. When returned home, I ate one taco and had to trash the rest because it was under cooked.

A friend and I visited this location the other day and it was less then pleasant. The Customer Service is very poor. When we walked in the cashier was yelling across the restaurant to another employee who appeared to be on break asking her for a piece of whatever she was eating… so classless. She never greeted us she just looked at us until we started talking. And even then she continued her conversation with the off duty employee while taking out order. After we were done ordering she disappeared in the back and then came out chewing… another classless act. The whole experience was disgraceful. All of them seemed to need some training in customer service and etiquette. I recommend the general manager access his/her employees and make some changes.
