I stopped in here with my son while his watch was getting fixed at the jeweler. The store, even though fully stocked, was well organized. We were greeted and allowed to browse at leisure. They have a nice selection of bluetooth speakers and my son liked how you could pick which one to listen to. I had a few questions and Randy was pleasant, knowledgeable and put us at ease. I also watched him turn an irate customer with a return issue into a raving fan. It is obvious that Randy is an exceptional employee and deserves a fat raise. I’m glad we stopped in and we will be back.
