I went here for the first time before Mothers Day to get some Alex n Ani bracelets for my wife. I called in advance to make sure they had what I wanted and the girl on the phone located the bracelets and put them aside for me (very nice of her). When I walked in I was greeted by the owners and staff right away, they were extremely nice and super friendly. They had my order waiting and then showed me the rest of their selection, I purchased two additional bracelets as well. This is a great store, highly recommend you check it out !

Ok, I admit, I’m not a really romantic guy. Went into Lavender Blue for a gift for my wife and I was pleasantly surprised. Nice gentleman John came up to me and offered me a cup of hot cider which was delicious. Ok… Maybe I’m not so far out of my element… I thought store would be just foo foo foo for women.
I found a couple great things from Alex and Ani which my wife loves. I found out later how wonderful the selection was at Lavender Blue since no one has their vast selection. This is according to my wife, I’m an amateur at this and have no clue.
A girl named Casey and the owner, I think her name was Ginny both kept me in stitches … I actually had a fun time!!! I wound up buying a wooden plaque that says «beach with an arrow. That was a gift for me, and it justified my stop there!
On the way out, I saw a rubber bracelet at the register and picked it up. Casey explained it was a Lokai… Had water from Mt. Everest and mud from the Dead Sea, the highest and lowest places on earth. Be humble when you are on top of the world and be hopeful when you are feeling low. I won’t go into specifics, but this really hit home, that was the perfect me gift.
This is a great spot to stop after work for a quick gift, candles, and any kind of unique items for your house.
I just went back last week and found a funky wine bottle opener in the shape of a parrot… Another me gift!!! Looks phenomenal on my bar, but I will have to keep an eye on it since I got a lot of compliments already!

I was soooo excited to go in there and shop after moving to the area. I finally got in there and they stared me down and breathed down my back the entire time I shopped. It was awkward and silent in there. I won’t be back, I’d rather drive to Ocean County Mall to buy my Alex and Ani.
