My favorite coffee drive up in all of WA. Great, friendly service, and the best hot coco I’ve had in years (and i have a lot because it’s my favorite). I’m in Forks every other month or so, and I always stop by here several times. It’s always a treat :).

I decidedly to stop by Mocha motion to grab some much needed caffeine and I was blown away. Clearly I’m not from Forks but this coffee hut look too cute to pass up and what a surprise… Coffee as excellent
My fellow car passengers and I all decided to order up coffee mochas and our barista suggested the Mexican mocha. It’s pretty much a Mexican hot chocolate with espresso! I ordered a triple-​Mexican-​Mocha and it blew
Me away. Not only was it hot and sweet it was perfectly seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, & whip cream. And came with a mocha coffee bean. Delicious.
Our trip back from Lake Quinault we decided to stop by again and truth be told the coffees were even better. Very happy to report a positive review to Mocha Motion in forks.

I decided to stop here to grab a coffee while passing through Forks. There were a couple of cars in line ahead of me, but I only waited about 5 minutes or so which wasn’t bad at all. Their menu had a nice variety of hot, iced, and blended coffee and tea drinks as well as smoothies and shakes. I settled on a sugar free mocha which I would highly recommend!

On a recent visit to Forks, I decided to stop at this place for a pick-​me-​up on the way out of town. It was busy, early on a Sunday morning, which was a good sign. There was a car already there, and two people on foot in front of my car, at 7am! I waited about 15 minutes for it to be my turn. As the pedestrians were finishing, a group of bicyclists rode up and cut in front of me. Because I don’t feel like running over bicyclists, I had to yield my place in line. I decided I didn’t have more time to wait, at a place that allows people to cut in line. I give them one star because I know they actually produce coffee (as evidenced by the cups others took with them) but no stars for customer service.

For beverages and coffee drinks this is a great drive thru to go to. They seem to use quality coffee. We had a mocha latte and iced latte and both were very good.

ok you guys really need to work on your cappuccinos… to hot. to much milk… not the right balance of foam and milk… the foam should pour light and airy… and you are suppose to be able to taste the wonderful espresso… cappuccino is not suppose to weigh a pound and be scalding hot… if you can find the nice balance and perfect your cappuccinos i would love to give you more stars… I will stop by the next time i am in Forks and see if you are working on it…

Walked up on a Sunday morning. Good job on the lattes, reasonable prices, pleasant server. Typical NW coffee stand, would go back again. Not sure about the food as we only ordered coffee.

Yay, a coffee stand open until 7 PM – the only thing better is a coffee stand open until 11 PM. As someone who conducts about 90% of her vacations in the Forks area, the constant guzzling of quad shot lattes is a vital part of my normal health and functioning when driving crazy-​like everywhere and gleefully plunging into ten mile hikes in the rainforest. Mocha motion is quick and cheap (coffee can get a bit pricey in the middle of nowhere up here, by my Portland standards) and with the usual quality one would want. But really their main selling point is location, right off the 101 and next to the best hotel in Forks, the Pacific Inn.

After the unenergetic service we received at Gathering Grounds, we decided to come here the next day. It’s a drive through only and has a large parking lot. The girls here definitely had more energy!
Lattes were cheap but they gave us the wrong muffin. Would probably come back here and make sure our order was correct before driving off. :)

We were enthralled by the myriad coffee huts we found throughout the Olympic Peninsula. People love their coffee out there, so much so they’ll sit in their car and burn up expensive gas to get a caffeine hit. Mocha Motion, in addition to tickling my punny bone, served up a solid mocha, and even surprised us with a gratis chocolate covered coffee bean. Much recommended for a rainy day, of which there are many in the little town of Forks.
