Just bought my third gun from CYA, I have always received great service and the prices have been well below anyone else. I have referred 4 other friends there who ended up purchasing items as well with no issues…

Decent prices. But forget getting any satisfaction if there’s an issue. They completely ignored my calls and emails when a product was defective out of the box. And it was just too far to drive for what I paid. So if you buy something, check it quick. Don’t put it in a drawer, then fiddle with it a month later. And avoid the Holosun red-dot scopes. First time shopper at the store, but an avid/experienced gun owner. I won’t be returning to CYA. Pay more for good customer service.

3rd times the charm… wont be going back… been there 3 times the first was ok the 2nd and 3rd visit we a waste of time… on my 2nd trip we were treated poorly by not being helped by any 1 of the no less than 3 employees talking over coffee 10 feet away from us… by the time we did get assistance the guy who helped us was a complete idiot and couldn’t answer much of anything when asked, overall he seemed preoccupied with getting back to his coffee and hen pecking with the other guys behind the counter …3rd trip was to purchase and trade in a gun… i was going to purchase a sig p9389 mm and trade in my brand new in box [never fired] sig 22cal handgun on said purchase… the trade value offered was so far under the real value of the gun it was insulting [literally pawn shop prices ] and the little blonde woman that made the offer was a complete smart ass and VERY rude… she offered me 120 dollar trade value on the gun i brought in [they had the same gun in a case across the room used for sale for around 370 $ so they were going to double their money plus, if i had decided to go through with the deal [which i did not]…consequently i went across the street to the much smaller mom and pop gun shop who gave me fair trade value of 220 dollars on the brand new in the box sig and i made my purchase of the 9 mm through them all the while never being insulted or handed attitude but treated like a valued customer… i have since made several purchase through the smaller shop”‘gotta have guns” and will continue to do so… CYA guns has lost my business…

I recently purchased a firearm from CYA. The initial purchase experience was positive. My salseman Ross didnt appear to know a great deal about the firearm I was interested in however he provided friendly assistance. Unfortunately the firearm turned out to be defective out of the box *I can’t fault CYA for that as that isn’t something within their control*. The problem was with how the manager Valerie handled the situation. She had a indifferent/annoyed demeanor about her. In my opinion CYA’s after purchase support is severely lacking.
