Forney Air

Richard the owner of Forney Air came out to our house around the Christmas holidays because one of our HVAC units was not turning on at all.
We are the 2^nd owners of the house and since we moved in we always felt that our HVAC system never was working 100% correctly especially during the winter months. We have had other companies (2) come out saying that everything worked just fine.
HVAC Issue:
The circuit board for the HVAC unit was burning out completely and tripping the electrical breaker shutting down the unit. After evaluating why our circuit board was burning out, Richard determined that for some reason either another company’s technician or the builders of the house had incorrectly placed the wires on the 2^nd unit’s heating circuit.
After the fix we immediately noticed that the level of heat was better and more evenly distributed in the house. Its a very noticeable difference and much more comfortable.
Richard is a very nice, personable guy who is very professional and very good at his chosen craft.
Their prices were fair and he worked with the company who made our units to make sure that the circuit board was covered under the warranty that came with the house.
I would highly recommend Forney Air to anyone who needs reliable HVAC service and sales. I know we’ll be using them from here on out with any HVAC issues we have.

Recently had my entire HVAC unit replaced due to a leaking coil. I searched high and low for a company that I didn’t feel was trying to take complete advantage of me and when I had almost given up I found Forney Air. They sold the best rated units I researched online (American Standard) and they did the job for a fair price. I haven’t had the unit long enough to comment on needing to use any warranty, but as for staff, product and pricing, I would recommend this company.
