MOON JUMPERS

I was very very disappointed with this place. First of all the 2 girls working in there had not personality what so ever. We had cupcakes and they dropped a few on the floor. They rushed this party from the minute it started. We asked for a few extra balloons because there was not enough for all the kids to have… and would have paid for more but the girls told us NO that they could not blow up anymore balloons. When the time was near up they were sweeping underneath our feet to hurry and get out of there. When the clock struck 5 pm for party to be over they looked inside jump room and then slammed the doors shut, and i mean slam. Then we go to pay and they said that they would have to write down the information from the credit card because they had no way to run the credit card. They even asked for the security code and just jotted this all on a piece of paper. Terrible Terrible experience!!!

We had been to moon jumpers for three events before we booked our own. Our child enjoys himself every time he goes so this was an ideal and local location.
Upon booking be prepared to put down a deposit of $ 50 which is not bad. This goes towards your total fee. You can also usually find a coupon on their webpage which was nice. Customer service was good in the fact that they assist with everything– set up, serve, cleaning up. Several things included in the package but still seems a bit pricey although they are flexible on some things. Example– you can bring your own food in but drinks must be bought through them. We chose to pay for our guests drinks through a running tab as a courtesy to our guests. After 15+ kids jumping around and getting thirsty (plus their parents, family, etc.) this adds up quickly.
A few things I was not to impressed by:
— be prepared to pay «an additional percentage that your credit card charges you.» Instead of them taking the corporate cost (surcharge/​convenience fee, etc.)… they are making YOU the consumer pay it. After spending over $ 200+ I figured they would at least cover this like most other businesses. If you look this up its on the verge of being questionable, maybe illegal in Texas… But for sure not a courtesy to their customers.
— customer service was good but the owner is not as personable as expected. Somewhat short in demeanor when conversing and interacting.
— the houses are fun and it’s a great place but each time I come it’s looking (and smelling– think ‘wet gym sock’) a little weathered down.
Overall we do enjoy this place and recommend it to others… but hope improvements continue to be made for others to have an enjoyable time.

My grandson and I attended a party here, this past Friday. I have to disagree with HEather H. about concern for the children. I do not know if the owners are always the ones serving at the parties, but they were at this one, and they were always present and watching inside the bounce houses, and checking if parents needed anything.
I am not saying HEather H. didn’t have this problem, it just was not an issue for us.
EVERYTHING was done for the kids by the owners. The parents did help some, but did not have to; they just got to the kids quicker.
They are a little pricey, but compared to the cost of doing everything at home, in addition to renting just one bounce house, the cost is actually in favor of Moon Jumpers.
My main problem was that I could not get Jacob out of the bounce house, and had to physically retrieve him! It was enjoyable watching all these kids.
