Plush is my go-to every time I need a gift or a little something for myself. They have a great selection and I love being able to shop locally. The ladies who work in the shop are always so helpful and sweet.

I have always had an excellent experience at Plush! Staff is always friendly and I love the style they carry. They can be pricey at times but most boutiques are! They always have something unique that you won’t find anywhere else… another reason I love them.

I had a negative experience at Plush in December 2012. I went straight to their facebook page and posted about my experience. The post was not rude, it was tasteful and was clearly constructive criticism. I expected to be contacted by the owner, I expected an apology. What I did not expect was for the post to be deleted without hearing a word from them. I then sent the owner Katie Anderson an email explaining that now I felt I had received bad customer service twice and that word of mouth about this would go a long way. A week later I received a snarky reply. It was too late for them to make up anything to me. The damage was done. I told her I would tell everyone I know about the poor treatment I received. Fast forward a few weeks and I receive a certified letter from an attorney representing Plush telling me to cease posting about my negative experience. Appalling really. Posting about a negative experience I had is perfectly within my rights. Just as writing this review on Unilocal is. Perhaps if Plush doesnt want customers sharing their negative experiences, maybe they should strive to provide better customer service in the first place rather than sending out attorney letters when they dont like what they hear…
