I have tried here a few times– not impressed at all. I went for a mani/pedi the first time. I was greeted by little kids. The owner(?) had her daughter and friend there. Not impressed with that at all– I went to relax not listen to kids playing. I then had to wait an hour after my appt time because the other person was not there. My husband bought me a massage using a groupon for there. The massage itself was good, but it was in this tiny room that we did not fit in very well. She bumped into the table trying to go around it! THen as I am trying to relax(that is what massages are for) I can here people laughing and talking outside the door. I could hear the salon music over the«spa» music. I will not be going back there again!!!

Despite the 1⁄5 stars, I still made an appt because I had a Groupon. First of all, I wasn’t called the day prior to be reminded of my appt. Any place calling themselves a salon should do this. I walked into the salon and two ladies were consumed with their laptops. I didn’t know where the front desk was, so I stood there for a few seconds. When asked I mentioned«I have a 4 o’clock appt», I was early though. I was not sure of who I had the appt with, but instead of barraging a client with a slew of names, it would be much easier to look it up for the clients sake. Well that didn’t happen, it was assumed that I was with Tish, and she wasn’t even there in the salon. As I sat waiting for Tish, I couldn’t help how the two girls didn’t even offer something to drink or any conversation, they had their noses into the laptops. The salon seemed unkempt. Well, after waiting for 15 mins, I asked the lady I spoke to earlier to cancel my appt. And I went elsewhere. Here’s the kicker… after 15 mins or so, I receive a phone call asking where I was and if I was going to keep the appt. I stated that I was there and Tish was not there, so I left. She stated«I was here the whole time» I reminded her that I was the lady sitting on the couch. Sidenote: there were only 4 people in the salon including myself. Well, if she would have had a conversation with me instead of having her nose in the laptop, she would have known I was her 4 o’clock appt. Anyway, bad business all the around. Was asked to reschedule, politely declined. And I will be requesting a refund from Groupon.

Bought a groupon for a mani pedi, then find out that really it’s just a polish and had to pay extra to have an actual pedicure. Plus scheduling was ridiculous. Took two weeks for me to get in. Never going back.

It was almost impossible to get an appointment. Then, when I finally got in, it was not a good experience at all. The girl was running late and so I waited for almost an hour past my appointment time. I figured out later why this salon is so unorganized. It’s run by the same women who failed at Forney Salon across from Walmart. These ladies need to find something else to do.

So I don’t know where to start. The scheduling was hell. They have only 2 nail people and only 1 massage person that works only 3hrs on Thursday/Friday and some of the time Saturday. I bought the group on deal and don’t feel it was worth it. This place charge high prices but not wroth it. The lady at was working on the lady next to be took a phone call about say vacation thing she was wanting to do. Then when I came time to get my nails done. I had laid my rings on the table and the lady that was doing my nails picked it put said how pretty it was then put it on her finger. That’s just rude to me. The massage room was ok but not nice that the ones at the wellness center right down the road. However I did like the lady who did my back. I just was not impressed at all.

Purchased a groupon on Oct 1. Called to make an apt the same day and was told to leave my name and # and Tish would call to make my appt. I never received a call and everytime I called I was told the person that needs to make my apt is not there and to leave my contact info again. 8 days later I called for the last time and ended up calling Groupon to get my money back. I hate poor customer service.

After a minor scheduling snafu, Tish went out of her way to make sure I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was so glad to find a Groupon near my home, and the spa-for-two was an excellent deal. Tish is very friendly and seemed very attentive to cleanliness and product quality as she performed my mani-pedi. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and have my nails done anytime!

Tish and Zach were wonderful. They opened on their day off to accommodate my tight schedule. They gave us a great deal on a package and provided superior services with a great attitude. Will definitely return when I’m back in town.
