Their service is *usually* good. I ordered a burger with no pickle or tomato and when I got back to work and opened my burger those were the only things on my burger. I called in to let them know their employees should repeat the order back to the customer so this doesn’t happen. At first the girl who answered the phone offered to take a message, but after relaying my message to her she (I assume put her hand over the mouthpiece) and told her manager that I was «complaining about my food». In their defense the manager did offer to make things right, however after hearing the way their employee handled the call I have no intent on returning.

I am a vegetarian although I still eat dairy products so finding a good place to eat can be difficult sometimes. This place has a really friendly atmosphere. The waitress has always been attentive to my needs at this location. I usually order a grilled cheese and seasoned fries and of course a shake when I am there.

Ick, its a chain that is the same as all the others. If you want this style of food take the trip 2 miles south and have krekels on mound. Far more tasty and a decatur institution. Give your hard earned money to people who deserve it not a corporation.

Eh, when you’re in the middle of no where, this place is pretty good. It also makes me realize why so many people around here are obese. The Frisco Melt is good, but its also a heart attack waiting to happen. Grease and fat just drips with every bite you take. SO Gross.
Their shakes are decent, Chili’s alright. Cheese fries are pretty good.
Can’t really expect much out here.
