Class six side has been fine for me twice. Standard assortment, tax free. Also there are quite a few machines in the back to get sodas, Coffee, icees, and other things. Service had been relatively quick when I’ve been there.

The class six is the class six. It’s convenient and ready to go. The parking spaces do fill up fast. I wish the prices weren’t as high as off post gas stations. Where are the savings? The review will be divided as the Burger King is also attached in addition to the Red Box. Red Box seems to be out of order frequently and I don’t understand it. There should be two if it does get a lot of usage. It should be moved to the opposite side where the tanks are so that the parking spaces up front are not taken up just to rent movies. Lastly Burger King. Why isn’t AAFES doing something about this establishment when obviously there are issues? I too have driven through drive thru and ordered a salad and burger only to wait for the employee at the window to kill a giant spider with no gloves as well as handle the food in same manner. I came there again only this time I had to wait for one stop arguing with the other over who was going to close. Apparently it doesn’t get any better visiting inside. My niece and I decided to stop in for breakfast. I ordered French toast sticks and a coffee and she ordered a drink and Cinnabon rolls. Well, as the picture clearly was on the wall, the employee stated that they don’t have any. When questioned further, she indicated that this establishment never carried them. I asked the lady why have the picture as an item to purchase when clearly it will never happen. She replied, «that’s the way it’s been.»

Worst service I’ve ever received at a BK. this unfortunately was my first ever encounter at this location and it will be without a doubt my LAST. I came in with no one in line and ordered right away. After I filled my drink I waited. Others came in, ordered and received their food. This happened 4 times before I finally said something. I had ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal with large fries. By no means is this a difficult order so I had wondered what was taking so long. I politely asked the man behind the counter(who took my order) where my food was. He turns to the back and says«I need a 3 piece, large fry». No apology was given to me. He asked what sauces I wanted and handed me my bag. My order was to go so I assumed it was pipping hot so I made sure to close the bag up to seal in the the heat. When I got back to my place I sat down to eat and was shocked to see my chicken was hardly warm and my fries were lukewarm and soggy. For having to wait so long and not have an apology I was thoroughly disappointed. There was no courtesy or professionalism. I know it’s fast food but gezz! I vow never to return.

Handy for those nearby, this brand-new facility as of mid-2012 is clean and well-planned. The staff had a slow start but they seem to be up to speed. Great for grabbing some caffeine to help your drive home, this place is very easy and fast to fill up on gas. The gas lanes are wide and plentiful so you can always pull right up to a pump regardless of how busy it is. I like the broad roof as well to keep the weather at bay. I admit, I have been through the BK drive through here as well — they are especially fast and efficient, but I can’t compare them to others. The front parking for the convienence store fills up easily, so often you’ll have to park across the lot but that’s no big deal. In short, this place is the new best place to get what you need fast.
