The food is decent but the atmosphere was great. Sunny Saturday with live music outside in the patio. The view is gorgeous waterside. They have several nice craft beers on tap & bottled beers too. The NE clam chowder was just ok. I enjoyed the clam strips & homemade a potato chips with a Elyssian Space Dust pint.

Went here for the first time last night and it was such a fun and tasty experience! I ordered New England clam chowder, BBQ oysters and the special which was fish tacos. The clam chowder was so full of clams, I’ve never had a clam chowder so full it was amazing! The BBQ oysters were huge and out of this world! They were very spicy which I wasn’t expecting but was so delicious they left you wanting more. The fish tacos were also pretty spicy and you could choose between chips, salad or coleslaw, I chose chips thinking they were fries but when they came out they were homemade potato chips and they were pretty good! I was very impressed by this place and wish I lived closer!

Absolutely the best place we ate while in Fort bragg. The food was delicious and HOT! We sat right up by the windows on the bay and our waitress Beverley was so nice. My husband tried steamed clams for the first time and we also shared the crab salad and fish and chips. Perfect evening celebrating my birthday. Thank you Django’s!

Nice view from the outdoor deck. Reasonable prices($ 11.50 for fish & chips). Fish was a little greasy(deep fried) but the homemade chips were delicious and cooked just right. No Dr. Pepper(bummer) but the root beer was served in a can with a glass of ice — nice!

Horrible service. Was seated and watched two other tables who sat down after us get menus and drinks and 10 minutes later had their order taken while we still didn’t have a server bring us anything(no menus or even water). The two servers basically ignored us. Maybe it’s because I had kids. We walked out. I will never eat there!

The food was good, the owner and the workers are EXTREMELY nice! Only gripe is the time we had to wait to get our food, but we did show up behind a large group, just wish I could have been a bit faster.

Great friendly service. Attentive. Had clam chowder-was thinner in style(more broth like) but good flavor. Bbq Oysters were great! We would get those again! Craft Beer selection was good.

Short story: django’s wins over Silver’s at the Wharf down the road. We actually compared entrees side by side! Long Story: We ordered fish and chips and a cheeseburger from both places to go and ate them all at once in our RV. Django’s was so yummy! Really crispy batter on the fish(caught right here!) and some seriously awesome house-made slaw to go with it(if you like ginger!). It came with some great potato chips. And then the burger… yum! Real cheddar, avocado, thick bacon, caramelized onions, mild jalapeño, flavorful beef, on a ciabatta bun! It was all done really really well. Quality! Silver’s…Good, but not great. Batter on the fish and chips wasn’t crispy. The fish itself was quality. The fries were average. The burger was pretty good. Really similar to the django’s burger, but just not as good. Nothing to write home about. So if you’re debating, go with Django’s! You won’t regret it!

Down in the north harbor of Fort Bragg… headed to the jetty. .last building on the left. Small inside, but the deck larger and is very nice. Surrounded by glass so you can set right on the water with no wind. I think the fish is i best in the harbor and we have tried every single one. Light batter and fish very fresh. Don’t be fooled, not all places have«fresh» fish. We didn’t care for their chowder. But hey make their own«Potato Chips» I didn’t think I would like them, so I got a salad. The salad was very good. Hubby got the chips. They were wonderful and they were different kinds of potatoes. The have nice live music in the afternoon. Just a guy and guitar … but good. Will go back for sure.

Stayed in their rv park(sportsman r v park,) not only was the park okdoky, but the restaurant was fabulous, met Dusty and Linda, owners. the food was the best,… bbq clams on half shells were unbelievable so was everything we had there, two days, four meals plus great beers on tap, try it you won’t be disappointed, and tell your friends Lonnie & Nancy from Idaho

Good tap beer selection, lots of menu options. Oysters were great(both raw and bbqed), and I’m still thinking about the amazing blue cheese chips. Pro-tip, you can have them as a side with your main. Fish was well cooked, not greasy and a nice batter. I had the burger, which was well crafted. Fresh avocado, good bacon, great Focaccia bun. All that, plus a comfortable patio, and one of the best views on the harbor. And, they’re going to have live music on the weekend, weather permitting. A welcome new venue in town!

Nice hole in the wall, out of tune live band, but FUN! Great location! The barbecued oysters were delicious!!! The chowder was ok at best, nothing to go back for. Wine selection ok. Service sporadic but they are super friendly. Overall a solid 3 stars. What a view, and great hole in the wall. Gonna go back for more of the menu once back in town.

Oh I tell ya. When you know a good place to eat, go for it. When in doubt just say no. That was my failure today when my party wanted to have seafood in Fort Bragg for lunch today. Instead of insisting we eat at the place down the way where I knew the food was good, I allowed someone else to make the executive decision. Annt! Bad idea. What I did enjoy about Django’s was the friendliness of the staff. The owner was around and gave us a warm welcome. The location is peaceful on the waterfront. The patio would be ideal for a party in warmer months. And, there is live music to boot. Todays selection was a banjo player. What displeased me about –Django’s was the food. The bread seemed like standard, thick, grocery bread, that became soggy when dipped in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The clam chowder was not a chowder at all but rather a soup. The consistency did not have the normal heartiness you expect from clam chowder. When I ordered the Shrimp Trio I was expecting much more. Instead what was served was the same bread topped with melted cheese and two small grilled shrimp. Might as well have been one shrimp sliced in half. Lastly there was a tinge of a smell inside the restaurant. Which is quite cozy. It was akin to used oil or dust caught in the vents trapping the varying aromas of food… or something like that. I couldn’t quite place it. Nevertheless the food was edible. The service jolly enough. Though I highly doubt I would return.

Possibly the oddest dining experience ever. I went there around 6:30pm, ordered wine & was looking over the menu when I was told I should hurry because the chef was leaving in 10 minutes. We ordered the fish & chips which was really good but the owner decided to sit beside us to hurry us up. On top of that he kept rudely remarking on our conversation. I think he thought he was being funny but it made me feel very uncomfortable. After several rude comments I finally mentioned something, he tried to comp our meal just to get us out of his restaurant I’m sure. I really wish he had just mentioned that they were closing and maybe offered us food to go. I felt very unwelcome.

What a sweet spot in the Noyo Harbor! We spent the good part of our afternoon just staring out at the mouth of the harbor watching the boats come in and out all the while enjoying the selection of craft beers on tap. A couple of the minu items we enjoyed were the burger and chips… the chips being homemade potato chips! We also tried the Shrimp Louie salad which was excellent as well. This place is a keeper in my book!
