Fort Bragg pizza factory sucks. They burnt our pizza black then told us it’s the way there oven cooks. No management in sight I will not be back.

The food took almost 2 hours to get here. The lady on the phone told the driver the wrong hotel. It’s just a shame that this place is even an option to eat. We just spent $ 30 but honestly I would have rather flushed it down the toilet. Save yourself the time and stress just go somewhere else.

The gluten free crust was the best I’ve had… always on the hunt for good gluten free pizza. It was crisp and perfectly chewy but not too chewy.

Filthy, no tables cleared, trash and food all over the place. The pizza is not worth getting such poor service. We will not be going back. Ever.

We ordered at 720pm and had our pizza at 815 pm. Staff did not have a clue about football that was on and had to locate channel ourselves.

Nothing special. great customer service except it was slow when we went and the pizza was meh. I am not a fan of the dough that they use.

Slow service, dirty dinning room, no forks, when the pizza was finally ready it was over done and we were encouraged to take it to go because closing time had come… will definitely go elsewhere next time

If you want to wait 45 minutes in a load atmosphere for a bad pizza, then this will be your favorite place.

I’ll just get down to what made an impression. When you walk into a place of business, you are generally greeted and welcomed. That did not happen. The menu was difficult to read, and far over priced. Limited options. What if I only wanted a slice of pizza? Not mentioned at all on their menu. Wait time to acknowledgement of presence.. . I left before I could even find out. I expect better from any business, especially on a weekend in Summer, in a tourist driven city. Not nourished, Customer who left.

I’ll keep this one short and sweet. After traveling all day we wanted something easy so we ended up here. Pizza was decent(can’t go too wrong with pepperoni and olive). Service was terrible and extremely unfriendly — no acknowledgement or smiling allowed? Restaurant was dirty, with hardly any clean tables. We ordered one pizza and one $ 5 beer. The pizza showed up and the beer did not. Better bet is the Papa Murphy’s next door.

The service from the cashier was prompt, friendly, and courteous. It was our first time, so she and the chef making the pizza gave us a tip on bread sticks, which was just as good as they promised, if not better. And the pizza we had gotten, one mini each, was fresh and delicious! I’d give them 5 stars, but they took awhile to clean up a few tables after the customers has left.(We saw one family dining and left, but not two others.) I read a few reviews from past Unilocal era here, but everything came out opposite to what they posted. I’d come back again, next time I’m back in the area! Since I’m only visiting for Easter weekend.

Sooooo, if you want pizza, on the cheap, here is the place to go. Bring the kids, everyone does!!! There are tables available for large groups, a kind of arcade area for the kids and a pizza buffet for both lunch and dinner, which is kind of unusual. Usually Pizza Factory buffets are lunch only. The food was ok. Counter service was a bit slow, lots of people running around, but not much progress being made. The noise level LOUD and it was a bit of a mess, but we filled our tummies within walking distance of our hotel and that is a big plus in my book.

Wow this place seemed like a good place to try for the first time. Boy was I wrong, me an my girlfriend walk in an they had signs up in the only area to sit they read area closed for maintenance an it was clean wtf? The girl at the counter had a I hate my job attitude an responded to us with hand gestures. Then I witnessed the young hispaninc girl roll her eyes all over the place as she proceeded to to clean around us. You gotta love the smell of cleaning supplies when your trying to eat. It seemed like all the employees clearly hated their job an the only person that said hello was an old man I think he was the owner. The place was horrible because the pizza was not good either. All an all I will never come back to this place.

It’s literally one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here since I was in my mom’s belly and being 23 years old and still coming here has never made me change or try anything different.

Got a large pizza with split toppings that tasted like your standard pizza nothing special. Also hit the salad bar which was a great deal. It’s a one trip salad bar but they give you a large plate so I went to town and made myself a $ 10 salad. I wish I stocked up on ranch at the salad bar because after I got my pizza I went to the counter to ask for ranch in which they wanted $ 1 for a small cup of ranch. This place likes to nickel and dime you because before the ranch trip to the counter, I asked for a cup of water and the girl replies«we charge $ 1 for cups». I walked back to my table after the water cup shut down when a girl cleaning comes by with 2 water cups and says«you forgot your water cups.» I originally asked for water when we first paid for the pizza and was not sure if they charged for the cups for water.

As soon as my brother and I walked in(we were on a road trip from Orange County) you could tell this place needed help. We waited about 5 minutes for the girl at the counter to finish on the phone. It took a few mins for her to even notice us to tell us she’d help us out once she was done. We ordered a large pizza and two salads. The salads are one trip only to the bar but they give big plates so we loaded our salads sky high. Everything at the salad bar seemed decent and may have been the best part of the experience. It took a while to get our pizza considering we were the only ones waiting for an order… the place was pretty empty. The girl that dropped it off didn’t even look at us or even crack a smile when she left it. Just a, «here you go,» for us. Once we got it, it was your basic run of the mill tasting pizza. Ingredients were okay, crust was crunchy but overall lacked that real fresh good pizza flavor. The funniest part was when we asked for basic stuff on the side. A few ounces of ranch will cost you $ 1… Also, if you care to drink the CA mandated free water, you’ll have to pay $ 1 for the pleasure of receiving a cup to get that free water! What a joke. The horrible, I hate my life and everyone in it, service from the girls and the nickel and dime business practices made me feel okay about not leaving a tip. What would I have been tipping for anyways?

Called there on a Monday at 4:55 or so. Was going to place an order for dinner and pick it up on my way home from work. Person who answered phone says«can you please hold» right away. I sit on hold for OVER5 minutes and no one ever comes back to answer the call. BADCUSTOMERSERVICE.

I’m gonna go with 3 stars here. Service was about average, and nobody behind the counter had heard about the Unilocal check in offer of free breadsticks. They went ahead and gave me a small order though, so kudos for that. The pizza is decent but a little too greasy. It didn’t take very long to get our food. All in all, I’d come back again but I can’t say it’s the kind of place I’d look forward to eating at again.

Business 101: The first thing you tell your patrons should not be that their food will take an inordinately long amount of time to prepare. But that’s exactly how Fort Bragg’s Pizza Factory greets you, courtesy this«friendly» warning on its menu. The second broken rule: no customer service whatsoever. Consider yourself the hated parent to these teenaged nightmares. They can barely muster a «What do you want,» and the vacant eyes would have you believe they’ve just returned from a weeks-long smoking break. If you survive this far, brace yourself for a nice, long wait, which is punctuated by the hostile teen delivery of your overlooked, charcoal delight. Presto: Pizza Factory at your service. There’s a Papa Murphy’s due east of here, in the same parking lot; do yourself a favor and go the extra distance.
