I have lived here for 8 months and everything has been fine. Any time I asked for maintenance, they came right away. The apartments are very nice and they even come change the light bulbs, which I didn’t expect. The complex is very quiet and very safe. I would recommend these apartments.

Literally live anywhere else. The staff there are childish and rude. They date each other, they date residents, they gossip about residents and will do everything in their power to make the time you spend living there terrible. They say that they give referral bonuses if you have your friends move into the Argyle, but they don’t. They will fail to give that referral bonus to you no matter how many times you ask about it or bring it up. And once you move out don’t bother speaking to them ever again, they will ignore your emails and instead of discussing move out charges with you, they send them straight to a debt collector who will then spend all of his time harassing and threatening you. There are many places to live in Fort Collins. Don’t do it at a place that is pretty over priced for paper thin walls and cheap mini blinds. Save your sanity and credit score and rent from anywhere else

I have lived here for 10 months, and my lease is about to come up, so I’ve been out apartment shopping, not because I don’t like it here, but because I didn’t have a chance to look everywhere when I moved here. I have seriously looked at every semi decent apartment complex in this town, and let me tell you something: the apartment that you get here for the money you pay is great! They are nice, clean, new, spacious, and the staff is great. I would definitely recommend living here — I’m staying!

I have now lived her for two years, and I am only leaving because I have to move for Denver for work. I am so sad to leave this place, I absolutely love it here, and have had no bad experiences at all. I am currently in a Willow apartment, and I love the layout. I barely ever hear my neighbors, and the one time I needed maintenance (when my dryer broke), they fixed it within hours. This is a great place to live! Wish I could stay!
