This is my 3rd time to order from them I usually get it delivered. Every time we order we try something new and I have to say the food is really good. I love the combo fried rice, general chicken, beef and broccoli. The prices are decent and the leftovers are great the next day. I did go in to pick it up last time and it is definately a take out place. Each time we had it delivered it took less time than they said it would and the food was fresh and hot. I like it way better than panda express. give them a try.

I just ordered delivery and I’m very unimpressed. While the delivery time was reasonable, when I saw the food I was disappointed. I ordered vegetable egg rolls, beef skewers, and pork lo mein. The egg rolls were fine, average. The beef skewers were so tough and dry it was a chore to eat them. The flavor was decent, but I won’t finish them. The lo mein is a large portion with a good array of veggies and lots of pork, but it’s a weird shade of orange, and exceedingly bland. I won’t order from here again.

New to Fort Collins and was craving some Chinese food. Great choice coming here compared to the other local places because the others don’t have much of a dining area or have someone check on you. It’s terrible to think that all the other reviews are low stars just because they forgot to deliver silverware or don’t speak very fell English. The food is good!!! And very very cheap. My girlfriend and I were first delivered our soups, and once finished came lunch. Each had our own meal including all of this for only $ 12!!!

I had a really nice Penang curry. Had lots of shrimp and fresh vegetables. Highly recommend it

Pros: One of the best Asian delivery places in F.C. when it comes to the quality of the food that shows up at your door. I’ve tried a lot of places in F.C. and frankly none of them measure up to the places we had where I lived before here. A.G.E. comes the closest and its by a far margin. Cons: Their website could hardly be any worse. 1) The site accepts and transmits orders on Sundays, even though the business is not open. This leaves people waiting for food that will never come. 2) The site has an option for paying with Amex cards and clearly states that Amex cards are accepted even though the business does NOT accept them. You can complete an entire order, pay with an Amex card, and only afterwards get a phone call informing you that your card is not accepted. 3) The reason(2) is even possible is because the website does NOT securely process your credit card transaction, it merely sends a message to A.G.E with your credit card info which they manually enter on the other end. Basically faxing your C.C. to the restaurant, not exactly secure. Additional cons are: The delivery is not so slow as to be unbearable, but it is far from fast and often the food has cooled somewhat and needs to be warmed up before it’s eaten.

I haven’t had Asian Grill since last year, and wanted to give them another try.(I used to order at least once a week). I feel like the staff is impatient and they treat me like I’m stupid. Your website was the problem, stating«failure to send mail» when I submitted my order. I called in to confirm that it had been received(which it had even though an error message was prompted) and I felt like who ever picked up the phone talked down to me. I know losing one customer isn’t a big deal but I am disappointed. If your restaurant could learn some manners and how to be courteous to customers, your business would be booming. I’ve only ever dealt with impatient, rude, and belittling staff.

Fast and fresh food that tasted great! Definitely beats other Chinese food chains in both quantity and quality. My family and I really don’t understand all the poor reviews as we have tried a lot of various restaurants and Asian Grill Express is, by far, the most delicious take out we have had in a while! However we had delivery and their person-to-person service might be a different experience I wouldn’t know about. BUT if you are hungry and craving great Chinese food FAST then order an Asian Grill Express take out dinner now!

Really dirty restaurant, and really nasty chicken. Should have trusted my instinct to turn around and leave when I walked in. The chicken in the curry dinner was a really weird rubbery texture and grossed me out to the point I couldn’t eat it, so I bailed out of there still hungry and $ 10 poorer. It seemed more like fish, or something worse. Panda Express down the street is sadly better.

No one ever needs to worry about cold food here… The food was so hot neither me or my friend could eat it! It way over priced. And service was extremely awful. And not only that but the food made me and a friend sick! WARNING do not go here for any area of satisfaction.

Ordered delivery to my hotel. Order was quick and the delivery person was friendly… only problem… no utensils! Pretty much defeated the purpose of dining in the hotel room tonight. Bad, bad, bad. Is it too much to ask to put a plastic knife and fork in the bag when delivering to a hotel?

Nicely flavored wonton! Highly recommend this! Beef noodle is also the best you could find here in FOCO! Also they could customize authentic Chinese dishes if you order several days in advance.

I’m updating my review to a three star experience, up from a two. I stand by my previous statement(below), but the food here is good both in taste and value, and I have had it again since, so I felt two stars was a bit harsh. I would also like to add that other than missing chopsticks or straws on occasion, I have not had another strikingly poor experience since the first. PREVIOUSREVIEW: The food was actually very good. Unfortunately it was delivered to our neighbor’s house, who brought it over to us. In addition, the order was missing many items, including all three drinks and six crab wantons. We contacted GrubHub to have the matter resolved, and were informed that the restaurant refused to work with us in any way to resolve the issue. No credit for the missing items, no coupon, not even simply BRINGING us the missing items. Nothing. Very disappointing and unprofessional. They treated us as if they thought we were trying to lie to get free food.

Have ordered from them twice and could not be happier with their food and customer service. Before I ordered I called and asked what veggies are in their pad Thai and garlic chicken as I am allergic to onions and green peppers, they told me to just list my allergies in instructions after placing my order through grubhub, did just that and both dishes were just right. Have now ordered their chicken teriyaki bowls, fantastic, so glad they are only 3 miles from my house :)

This place has a pretty good dinner for 2 for only 20.99. It includes 2 soups, 2 entrees, 2 egg rolls, 4 crab wontons, and fried rice. It was my first time getting food from here, and I was glad I decided to pick up rather than have delivery because when we were picking up our food at 8:30 they said that it was so busy they were just then delivering food that had been ordered at 6:30. I’m not sure if it’s always that backed up. The food was pretty good. I think the meal for 2 is a good deal, but the Mongolian Beef is almost ALL onions, and had lots of black pepper which was kind of gross. I don’t know why they wouldn’t put in some different veggies so it wouldn’t be so oniony! The lo mein was good.

This was better than the last time I ordered Chinese in. But not great. The wonton soup tastes like watered soy sauce. The egg drop soup was decent. The pork pad Thai was spicy and had good flavor but the meat was chewy. Sweet and Sour chicken wasn’t greasy and they do make a yummy crab rangoon. Probably try this place one more time.

I asked for different items than the lunch special during lunch. I was really unhappy with the service. I am pretty sure I got charged more for what I ordered even when it should have ended up being around the same price as the lunch special. I ended up paying almost $ 8 for an entrée and side with an egg roll(I asked if I could sub one side with egg roll) and soup(soup is pretty cheap here). I dined in and noticed that someone else was being helped and got the egg roll order plus two entrees and a side with no problem, at the lunch price($ 5). What!!? I had been curious about this place for awhile– I came in once about 5 minutes past their lunch special hour and they said I would need to order dinner so I left. Probably should have never returned. No trashcans anywhere here if you dine in. I would give two stars for this americanized chinese food but the service makes it one star.

Ever since I have found this place I cannot go to another Chinese restaurant. I have loved everything I have tried so far, in particular, the crab and cheese won-tons are the best I have had anywhere. You cannot beat the price, the portions are huge and I get superior service every single time I go there. I have to get a to-go box because I usually cannot finish all they have given me. I would recommend this place all day, and I will continue to go there.

I used to like this place, good American Chinese for the price. I don’t know what happened; now it’s greasy and bland. Quality has really tanked at this place.

I ordered dinner for delivery and the delivery driver was friendly. I tried the vegetable egg rolls, hot and sour soup, kung pao chicken and white rice. The egg rolls were ok. The hot and sour soup was pretty good. The kung pao chicken is spicier than I’m used to, which is GREAT, and it has lots of veggies. I would order the kung pao chicken again. Also, I do not usually rate restaurants based on portions but they gave me enough food for at least 3 meals so that is a bonus.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is great for the price of lunch. It’s about $ 5 for a good-sized meal, and it doesn’t taste bad either. However, I brought in a coupon that said the following: «$ 4.25 — Two entrees with one side each» So I showed them the coupon and they told me they could only give me one side. The coupon explicitly stated it was one side each, meaning two sides, but even when I persisted they said no. I got the coupon from one of those Campus Cash booklets and it was far from expiring. I was at the correct restaurant. In the end, they charged me full price for a meal that was not what they advertised. Sure, it was only about 50 cents more, but I can’t give it a good rating based on the principal of what they did. So, in short — it’s worth your money, but don’t bother using a coupon because they will say no… despite the fact that they created it.
