Aspen Heights Fort Collins

We have absolutely loved living at Aspen Heights! The staff is wonderful and the housing complex is overflowing with amenities…
–There is a ²⁴⁄₇ gym that never seems to be very crowded.
— a computer lap with a bunch of new Mac computers, free printing/​copy/​scanning.
–HUGE pool and hot tub area complete with grills and chairs to sit out and bask in the sun!
–theater room that can sit over 30 (you can reserve ahead of time for your friends)
Units are complete with high ceilings, crown molding, new appliances, very efficient hearing a air conditioning systems, and washer/​dryer in each.
Large bathrooms. We have 3 in our two bedroom!
Walk in closets and even options to paint your walls if you so desire!
The staff is mostly run but student aged people and they are great to respond to your emails, texts and calls promptly and are always super helpful!
Moved in August 2015 and already signed the lease to stay for next year (it’s only November)

Wow. Can’t believe my original review was removed. I meant to follow up with more details, but my first review captured my initial reaction to visiting this place probably 5 times. It was new construction so it wasn’t ready for move in until this August.
It is one of the most awesome apartment complexes I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, the accommodations are incredible. They address all concerns quickly. The move-​in process is soooo awesome! Rent is paid electronically and utility bills are done through simple bills where they are automatically split equally by your room mates.
