You can always count on Clay’s Ace Hardware to have what you need when you need it. If they don’t have it, you can count on them to do anything in their power to try and get it. I appreciate their outstanding customer service. Every time you enter the store, someone asks if you need assistance. I once had a unique bolt from an old futon that was broken. It was impossible to order the part, as it did not exist; however, a nice associate spend a lot of time looking over various parts in the store to try and create what I needed. IT WORKED! You could never find this type of customer service at a big hardware store such as Home Depot or Lowes. Clay’s Ace is also very supportive of helping local nonprofits with fundraising efforts. Keep up the good work!
