They got my order all wrong and I haven’t been able to get it resolved in 3 weeks… My sales guy won’t call me back; I’ve talked to the main office and filed a complaint they said would get resolved in 48 hours… But haven’t heard back from that in over a week. Then I left a message for a manager and it’s been 4 days and still no call back. So I’m not sure what’s going on over there… I don’t like to bash people but I’m out of options at getting this company to respond!

I was sold DirectTV by Coast to Coast at an event in Denver, and promised that the XTRA Package would be $ 29.99/mo, with free movie channels for 3 months and NFL Sunday Ticket for 2013, for two years. This rate of $ 29.99 could be extended for another year, and all of this includes the Genie, which can record 6 channels at once. We asked several times to verify this and the sales person guaranteed this was correct. I am being billed $ 46.99/mo and DirectTV is raising this to $ 91.99 for the second year. I am filing a lawsuit against both Coast to Coast and DirectTV.
