I debated on which dessert-like drink to order and my server helped me decide on The Dude. Pro-tip: take a few sips before plunging the cookie in or it will over-flow. I loved this drink more and more as the vanilla ice cream melted in it. And the boozy Milano cookie? Yummmmm. Really nice place to get very tasty drinks and socialize with friends. Not too loud and excellent service. Comparable to Social but smaller place and bigger drink menu.

I don’t really remember what is in their hot chocolate, but they are the best in old town. If you’re a lightweight like I am, have someone with you if you decide to have more than 2, you’ll need a designated walker.

Wait, how have I not reviewed CopperMuse before? Perhaps the drink is finally wearing down my faculties. In all seriousness, this is without comparison my favorite place in Fort Collins to get a drink. I believe I’ve finally tried just about everything on their current menu, which is fine — it changes often and they have great specials! The staff is absolutely the greatest and I want to take them with me everywhere. They make all their own infusions, and can always recommend a way to improve their already wonderful drinks. Oh, and this place has food, too. That’s also all fresh and delicious. I already desperately miss this place after moving to Denver. A word of caution, their standard pours are doubles, so don’t underestimate how much you’re drinking while you’re here.

What an awesome place! I’ve been here a few times and have always had the absolute best service. It’s like the people who work here actually love their job! Lucky Devils! I had the Cuban and caprese salad, which was scrumptious and fresh. The two drinks I tried were great and my boyfriend was extremely pleased with his, as well. Highly recommend for locals and visitors!

Great craft cocktails, wonder service, and great tapas style fare. Check in on Unilocal for a discount! Bacon wrapped scallops are to die for! Bruchetta was one of the best I’ve had as well.

The best Moscow Mule place in the Northern Colorado area… I highly recommend the Strawberry or any of the infused Vodka Mules… I haven’t tried any of the food yet but it’s definitely a hot spot…

CopperMuse has the best drinks ever! I think I should make it my life goal to try every drink on their menu at least once. They are kind of pricey but totally worth it and they do close a little early so make sure it’s your first stop if your going out in old town. They also have great tapas. I highly suggest this place!

CopperMuse was the first Bloody Mary I ever had at a distillery– well that I can remember! Usually I frequent happening brunch spots or crowded bars, but this time around, I went to CopperMuse Distillery in Fort Collins with my man and two friends. This place came highly recommended due to their amazing infused vodkas(I LOVE infused vodka!!!) and, causally, their Bloody Marys. When I first took a look at the cocktail menu, I was overwhelmed by all of their enticing drinks made with a diverse array of ingredients and infusions. On the infusions list, they had more than 15 different infused vodkas to choose from– which is a good thing, but a complicated thing, because WHATDO I CHOOSE! Anyways, my man’s friend was working at CopperMuse in the kitchen at this time, so I asked him which infusion I should do in my CopperMuse Bloody Mary, aka the Capone. I was torn between the roasted red tomato, rosemary, and horseradish infused vodkas. He recommended I either do all three(they recommend not getting more than three different infusions in a drink) or choose the rosemary or horseradish to pair with the roasted red tomato. I went with the latter– the roasted red tomato and horseradish– to give my drink that lovely kick. And, damn, it was a good kick! The Capone was bursting with flavor and the infused vodkas have to be some of the best I have tried to date. I have never had a Bloody with more than one type of infused vodka; I pride CopperMuse for truly catering to an individual’s tastes and flavor palettes. Check out the review here: Cocktails at CopperMuse are highly recommended if you are in the area! On a side note, the friend that was working at CopperMuse graced us with some lovely, unique dishes that he crafted, so I recommend the creative culinary delights as well! We had the stuffed crimini mushrooms(so good) and a dish he crafted himself just for us. On other notes, I went here another time on a Saturday night and got a cucumber-infused vodka cocktail and it was also super good. I am a big fan of this place, hands down!
