Bulgogi. Come hear and eat it. Spicy pork, ribeye, whatever. Put it in your mouth. Hot dog out.

Me and my boyfriend went there 2 days ago for lunch i ordered beef bulgogi and he ordered chicken bulgogi, we waited literally an hour and the waitress keep saying we’re waiting on the rice! Like it’s supposed to be a korean restaurant shouldn’t you already have rice cooked all ready to go?! When the food finally came out beef bulgogi was actually pretty good but the portion was a joke for $ 13 and the rice wasn’t even cooked thoroughly one of the most rip off places I’ve ever eaten my poor boyfriend’s chicken bulgogi was dry as hell it was just unbelievable i would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Get a new chef or something!

We ordered the Gorganzola Burger and the Ramen Bowl. Both were very good. Thank you finally something worth a return visit in my hood! !

I think this is a fun place with unique décor and menu. We had the pork and the chicken korean bbq called bulgogi. I had high hopes but was a little disappointed. I would say it was a little spicy and filling but otherwise fairly unremarkable. The seasoning and flavors just didn’t do much for me but it was well prepared and maybe there are others for which it better appeals. Service was good and the comedy and trivia nights sound like a lot of fun. I look forward to giving Cosmonoms another try for a beer and a burger at one of these events which I suspect is more their area of strength. It wouldn’t take much to talk me into adding another star to their rating. It’s worth a visit to form your own opinion in the meantime.

We are semi-regulars at the Thursday night pub quiz. We love the bulgogi(we get the spicy pork and the chicken, bim-bim-bop and our daughter loves the after-burner shrimp. The burgers are also very good. The have about 10 or so changing beers on tap, and usually one cider, with a few on special. The service staff has been wonderful.

I was so excited to try this restaurant after reading some of the reviews here on Unilocal! Now after really trying to find something redeeming in my dinner, I must with a heavy heart and a terribly cranky stomach, give this place a single star. Let’s start with the strange atmosphere, not welcoming at all. Staff was disinterested to say the least. Appetizer: The dumplings were so over fried I had to bash the crust off with my pocket knife to taste the stuffing. This was not worth the considerable effort it took. The spicy soy sauce was a joke and didn’t help redeem this appetizer in the least bit. Entrée: The beef bulgogi was overcooked, dry and would likely set off a protest riot if served in a prison cafeteria. There was a huge portion of tasteless white rice next to the beef on the plate. This mountain of rice was decorated with a faint drizzle, maybe a scant ½ teaspoon, of korean bbq sauce. Now THAT was decent. Why so stingy with the flavor? I was starving, so I tried dumping the soy sauce on the beef and rice and making something edible out of the whole unappetizing mess. Again, no success there. I won’t be going to Cosmo Noms again. And judging from the way my ticked off tum is behaving, I may not be going anywhere but the next room over for at least the next 24 hours.

I went to this restaurant a couple weeks ago. My boyfriend heard the Korean BBQ was amazing and he really wanted to try it. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice. The crowd was small but everyone was friendly and the environment was inviting. They have a good beer selection and happened to be infusing their own tequila with different kinds of peppers including ghost peppers. The bartender asked if my boyfriend and I like spicy things and offered a taste, it was nice and smooth. I didn’t know what to order and I think the bartender noticed and came over to explain the menu. He suggested the Korean dishes and my boyfriend knew he wanted to try the spicy pork. I was weary and didn’t know what to expect, so I ordered the same thing as my boyfriend. We waited a little bit and when it came out I got excited. The dish was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. The meat was mixed with onions and carrots and had some spice to it, also served with rice and a dumpling. Their dumplings are amazing and the sauce served with them is addicting. I knew after I ate my entire plate that I was going to crave this dish again. However, I went back today to get my fix in on this Korean delight and I saw a slight inconsistency in the quality. Even though it was still delicious the pork was not cut as thin as it was the time before. The onions and carrots still had a little crunch but the time before everything melted in your mouth. Don’t get me wrong it was still very good and I will definitely go back. I should mention that this restaurant is a bit pricey, but I think the quality is great! I would recommend Cosmonons to anyone, go check it out!

I had the Ramen and it was ok, the heat is on the mild side so ask for a level higher than you would think. The poppers tasted like frozen and then fried. The corn dog was homemade and tasted great. The staff was nice and friendly. Wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant when we were there for lunch but it looks like it may be more of a night spot. Apparently they are going to expand their Korean dishes of their menu. Seems kings confusing on what they want to be when they grow up. Burgers, pizza, sandwiches, french dip, Korean dishes, Ramen etc.

Okay, I love sauces. Dipping sauces, sauces to pour over things, weird sauces I’ve never tried. This is the place for that. They have their own house sauce that I love. Everything on their menu is solid, super affordable food. If it’s fried, I have never been dissatisfied. Even their seemingly random Korean menu is yummy. The people are friendly and I feel like I can take kids here during the day and then drink here after hours cause they’re open so late. The vibe can be a little weird sometimes, but who cares. The theme here is space. Who can’t get into that. Also the sauces. I love their sauces.

Food is very good and rather cheap. Mild ramen is little spicier than I expected, but better than other places nearby. Overall, very good.

Incredible Korean food! The bulgogi is out of this world and the kimchi is fresh and perfect! Nice beer selection that rotates and the service is great. Will become regulars here.

I’ve been three times now and I felt I had to write a review– Each time I’ve gone I’ve had the same experience, killer food, great service, empty house. The bar food is diverse and interesting and exceptionally well executed – have an unadventurous palate? Gonna get the chicken tenders? Well, they’ll be excellent. More adventurous? You won’t be disappointed, either. I’ve had 2 dinners, the pork bulgogi and the cosmonom burger. The bulgogi was great and really scratched an itch, well executed, full flavored, good portion size. The cosmonom burger is a brilliant dish that was on par with those $ 30 burgers you get at 4 – 5 star restaurants – every fine point was done well, cooked to order(mine was rare), and just a treat to enjoy. Add to that some crinkle cut fries and they’re dipping sauces, well, just ridiculous food. The beer list is excellent(duchess on tap as well as local stuff) as is the bar. My kids eat the pizza and love it – there’s something for everyone.

First time in as we love to support local family restaurants. Wednesday night and we were the only ones there, it was after 6pm. Menu was a bit confusing as was the inside of the restaurant. Pizza to Korean and everything in between. My husband ordered Korean and absolutely loved it. I ordered a burger, med rare. It arrived well done. The fries(house made chips) were amazing and came with a bass ass sauce. My son ordered a pizza, advertised as cooked in a stone oven. That might be the case, but you have to know how to make the pizza. It was greasy, way to much cheese to dough ratio. Flavor was okay, but it was just pizza, nothing to special. They do offer specialty pizza, but my tween is a traditionalist when it comes to pizza. Overall, it’s okay. Go for the Korean, ignore the unintended mismatch and disconnected décor. Crossing my fingers they will figure out a solid, consistent menu. It is always a sinking feeling to be the only ones in the place.

The food here is really great and the service is wonderful. They have a vast variety of food items from American to Korean and fresh wood fired oven pizzas. This place is conveniently located and there is plenty of parking and the restaurant itself has ample room for big or small groups. They also have live music as well. The food is really fresh and tasty. I recommend the Korean dishes such as the Bulgogi if you’ve not had it. The Ramen is amazing and well portioned. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

Cool place! Murals are awesome! You can sit anywhere… the bar area, main dining area, or patio. The bar area has a corner where you can play old school video games. We found this spot on Unilocal while we were in Fort Collins for my boyfriend’s work. First thing that caught my eye was«Pizza, Korean…» ??? The bartender was also our server, she’s wonderful. The food was served very quickly. We were very happy with the service and food. What I ordered: Jalapeño Poppers: Nice crunchy batter… will not fall apart like poppers we’ve had at other places. House Salad: Huge portion. I thought it was going to be a side salad but it’s meal. The CosmoNom Burger: this one is different. It’s a burger with spam, a fried egg, cucumbers, slaw, and thousand island dressing. It was great! Another thing I liked is that the burgers were made neatly. I know it’s petty but I just get annoyed when a burger is made so messy that with every bite, everything falls out. Not this one! The fries are deliciously crunchy.

This is my first time here and I will definitely make this a frequent place to visit. Excellent beers on tap and the food is equally eclectic and delicious. Who would have thought authentic Korean food in South Fort Collins? Also great burgers and pub food.

First Korean food here in FoCoAnd we were pleased. Now if they start making fried chicken were moving in! We tried Dae Gee in Denver and it was greasy and disappointing.

First visit and I’m into it. I didn’t know what to expect from this place. So it’s pub food that also specializes is Korean BBQ, unique for sure. So after looking at the wide array of items on the menu we settled on the bibimbap and Korean BBQ rib eye(bulgogi). The bibimbap is a rice dish served with ground beef, some veggies and hot sauce. It’s a pretty large serving. The bulgogi was also good. Tender, marinated meat chunks served with a soy sauce for dipping. I wish the Korean part of the menu was more extensive. There’s just not many restaurants serving Korean food in foco and the market is definitely burger and pizza saturated. I’m interested in trying their ramen next.

The spicy bulgogi was as good as it is in Korea. To the previous reviewer complaining about the quality of beef, you obviously have never been to Korea. The price of beef in Korea is about $ 30 per pound and isn’t eaten often there. Fat is also a delicacy in Korea. IE boneless, skinless chicken breast cost around $ 1 per pound where it is $ 5 here. The fatty bits add flavor. It’s okay there isn’t a ton of CULTURE in Fort Collins, and there is a ton of cuisine ignorance here. I hope the owners review these reviews and take in some considerations. Fort Collins has a limited Asian population so I would offer chicken bulgogi on the menu, it may attract more clientele, also help on lower food cost. I agree with Ken. You should offer a larger dinner portion for around $ 14.99. The portion size is incredibly small, even for Korean standard. The portion I received would be comparable to lunch. If the prices were in the $ 7.99 — $ 8.99 price point I would also be a regular. I hope this business thrives as it’s great to support locals. Businesses with split identities typically fail. unfortunately I just don’t think there are enough people in Fort Collins with the open-mindedness for a full fledged Korean restaurant, which is truly unfortunate. Long story short; I’ll be a regular when the prices drop to around $ 8 – 9.
