MAYBE if you are stoned and REALLY want food and fat shack is closed but I wouldn’t. Bread sticks have no flavor and calzone is flat. Marinara is very acidy. yuck!

This restaurant had counter service. It’s definitely not a sit down and order kind of place. We were expecting more variety however all they sell is calzones. Our calzones were good. The do they use was a little unusual. I’m used to more of a duly calzone I guess. The cheese calzone had ricotta in it. My daughter didn’t like that very much. I had the Philly cheesesteak calzone. It was good. My son had the combat zone calzone. He said it was pretty good. The calzones are huge. It’s a really good value for your money.

Fast delivery, delicious calzones and friendly drivers. I recommend ordering online and creating an account because you acquire points and can receive free items. I would choose this place for a quick meal but not necessarily my favorite place to eat.

DP dough is usually my fave. However, they sucked this time! Placed my order at 12:03. Quoted 40 – 45 minutes. At 12:53 I called. The guy on the phone was snippity and said«your order is at 23 minutes. It will be there soon» Anyways, I’m guessing their online ordering system is off sync. Or something. Not my issue.

First and last time eating here. Food took longer than their estimated 45 minutes. But the worst part was the food. Both calzones and all 3 cookies were way overdone. Terrible.

Along College Ave – from Harmony up to Mulberry, I would dare to say pizza eateries report at 20 strong. Not surprising, as College fences in… a college. Here, calzones take precedent, and at $ 7 a pop, they are hard to pass up with you need some protein and carbs in your diet filled with other empty carbs, i.e. booze. The cheese blend they use inside the ‘zones falls a little into the bland territory, but the ingredients they use seem fresh, as if to provide some redeeming qualities. More disappointing were the wings, soggy in texture – perhaps a smidgen too much sauce sitting atop the poultry product. Not much to report on in terms of menu offerings or quality. Simple, affordable eatery, with a focus on pizza… that really isn’t pizza. Don’t be deceived my friends. They won’t be able to crank out pies.

Good food and for a good price. I should really venture out into eating more menu items though instead of always getting the buffer. And don’t forget to do their little«hook it up» which they thrown on some parmesan garlic or whatever on the top of the calzone. And plan your order accordingly, like everyone else, it takes awhile to get delivered.

Love dp dough, it brings back so many college memories of before we lost ours in Madison, wi. This dp dough(Fort Collins) is especially awesome bc of the super cheap quality beers– on tap! It was only $ 2 – 3 for pints that would usually cost $ 6 at least in the Midwest. For those who are not familiar dp dough serves a Smörgåsbord of different flavor combos in calzone form. Don’t expect gourmet, but for fast food ish bar foods it can’t be beat!

The food is yummy but their delivery service is a nightmare. Twice in the past my order has taken about an hour and a half to deliver at which the delivery drivers both claimed their car had broken down. Crazy coincidence. Today, after waiting and hour and ten minutes I called to check to status of my order. Apparently my online order was never received? The fact that I received a confirmation email makes me question this… I ended up just canceling my order after being told they would send me my food but they were very busy and delivery would be about another hour. It seems like the shop has a few kinks to work out in regards to their customer service.

I can’t rate the food because they didn’t open when they were supposed to. My wife and I rode our bikes 20+ miles to get there, essentially planning our entire day around having lunch at DP Dough, only to arrive this past Saturday to closed doors. We stood out front until nearly 11:30(they were supposed to open at 11). We even called their number. No answer. No answering machine. Zero stars for being a poorly managed business.

This place is incredible. I have never had a better calzone! Holy Cow. Tons of fun. Everything about my calzone surpassed perfection! 10 stars! What more can I say? Oh, and my 2 girls are in love with the guy in the patriots hat(wink).

Hmm… where do I begin with this… Well the only reason why I think this place isn’t a 5 because of its delivery time.45 minutes to one hour. That is one seriously long wait… but I digress. The calzones are very much consistent and are very tasty. Obviously this isn’t a place to take a date, unless your date likes this kind of stuff. The bread is not too crunchy and not too soft, PERFECT. I always get the construction zone, its the custom-made calzone with up to 5 items(sometimes they let you get away with 6 – 7). It comes in a to-go box whether you asked for to go or not… Definitely a good place to eat!!!

I have ordered DP Dough twice. The first time the food was fantastic, but my friend’s order was never delivered and, when she called, they said that they never printed out the ticket so the order was never made and that there was nothing they could do about it but deliver it the next day. I ordered some stix the second time. They took an hour to get to me and they were extremely undercooked. I know dough is in the name, but my stix were barely cooked and almost completely raw dough. It was disgusting. Overall, not impressed with this place.

Calzone was okay but didn’t have much flavor the marinara was a little watery and they got my potato tot order wrong the service was good and it was done quickly so they get points for that and the food wasn’t horrible just not the tastiest I’ve ever had

This place is so great! I can’t get enough of their calzones! I always get their Drop Zone, which has cheese, breaded chicken, pepperoni, and more cheese. With the marinara dipping sauce, it’s like heaven. If none of the many choices of calzones appeals to you, you can always build your own. Their cookies are amazingggg. They are so soft and chewy. I like getting their oatmeal raisin. I like how they do free delivery. They do take a long time to get it to you, so don’t expect quick service. They say they will get it to you in 45 minutes, but it usually takes at least an hour or longer. DP Dough is more for take out. There isn’t much sitting room inside. The long wait time also pertains when you are ordering in store, so I recommend calling ahead. They have lots of coupons around town, so it’s not hard to find it. Most of the coupon books at CSU campus has deals for DP Dough. Overall, I love this place. The wait time is pretty long, but definitely worth it.

This one is pretty easy. If you like big, greasy calzones with a lot of meat and cheese and a lot of flavor, this is the place to go. It is affordable, open very late and a staple in the CSU community. The variety is ridiculous. If you can think of anything at all you might want in a calzone, they will have it. I have enjoyed every one I have tried(about 6). Now for the negatives. It takes a long time to get your food. Not enough to make me not go there, but a fairly long time, even when they aren’t busy. I guess it takes how long it takes to bake a calzone. Sometimes, the place can be a bit dirty. Also, their seating is old, worn and sparse. If none of that matters and you only care about the food, as you should, give it a shot.

Awesome calzones with fresh veggies available in almost every combination imaginable! They even have a few cold beers on tap. The calzone of the day is only $ 5 or choose your own from the extensive menu.

Food tasted great. However, my order took an hour and ten minutes to be delivered, the driver forgot my credit card receipt at the store, and he didn’t seem terribly friendly either. It’s 2014. Delivery times greater than an hour just are not acceptable. Domino’s can do it in 20 minutes. Pizza Hut will usually be 30 – 40.

Met the owners wife, while helping her fix her computer. She was so nice and gave me a token for a free calzone. so of course I took advantage of that. I got the pineapple/canadian bacon calzone and it was off the hook(is that still a thing?) I will definitely be stopping in more often to get my calzone fix. Employees were super helpful and friendly as well. Couldn’t ask for much more.
