Got an arrangement for my husband for our anniversary. He loved it! The fruit was delicious and fresh. I ordered over the phone and the lady was very helpful. The arrangement was ready for me to pick up when I got there. Will definitely order again. :)

I work at edible arrangements in Fort Collins and everyday we try our very best to give people the most beautiful and delicious arrangements we can. If someone isn’t home and we have to deliver it the next day, we always re-make it to assure quality. If there are any issues at all we try our best to make it right. I would say very VERY few people are dissatisfied with our services. We are human so sometimes people make mistakes, but if we do we always try to make sure people are happy in the end(like any good business). I am just a hourly wage worker but I find pride in this job because for the most part it brings a little health and a little joy to people’s lives.

I received the wrong arrangement for someone else at 7:00PM after waiting all day. In short, the company screwed up everything they possibly could.

My mom ordered me a box of dozen chocolate dipped strawberries, with next-day shipping(which is $ 12 – about half the cost of the actual arrangement). Well, that day came and went with no delivery. I ended up getting it one day late, and due to the error, they included an extra 3 strawberries and 3 apples. Nice gesture, but no mention of why it was late or about refunding that shipping charge. I called the local store and while they did refund the charge, it certainly wouldn’t have happened unless I had made the effort to call and complain. I guess I wouldn’t have minded so much if the actual arrangement was impressive, but it wasn’t. I doubt they took the time to give me fresher fruit after missing my delivery day, because about 4 of the 12 strawberries were inedible. They were a super soft, mushy, unappetizing texture beneath the coating of chocolate. The rest were in okay shape, but to me, having 1⁄3 of the order be garbage is not acceptable. So all in all, this is a good idea with very poor execution. Save yourself the stress and just dip some fruit in chocolate at home, or purchase from a smaller/local company that will likely care more about their product and reputation.(Of course, I still thanked my Mom – this situation was the very definition of «it’s the thought that counts!»)
