So, to me, how I feel several weeks or even months after bodywork is an important factor in considering a practitioner’s effectiveness. I not only feel better now, but the lower back issue is entirely resolved and my muscles feel not just great but much more capable of taking on the duties I give them: rock climbing, cycle commuting, and wrenching are all huge parts of my life, and quite demanding. Furthermore, I feel in better touch with my body. When I start to feel unnecessarily achy or fatigued I think more about what’s really happening: are my calves wrecked from the massive ride I did or the fact that I have been really bad about consuming as much water as I should? Good bodywork helps me consider these factors and keep them in mind, and my session with Antoinette is helping me months from when I saw her for therapy. I greatly look forward to scheduling my next session… and in the meantime, I’m incredibly grateful for the awareness I have from my session with her.

I have been seeing Antoinette for 2 years now. She gives fantastic massages. She really gets in there, and loosens things up. She has also worked on my kids with fantastic results.
