Terrible, horrible, degrading experience. They allowed the girlfriend of my ex-​husband to falsely put herself down as «spouse» on the death certificate without any proof of marriage which shut my daughter out of her father’s estate. Not only did they not apologize for their mistake (I alerted of the facts the day after he arrived) and not correct the error, they made our family jump through hoops and then PAY for a reissued certificate. They even sent his remains to her and it took us months to get them back. The owner was condescending on the phone and hung up on me when I was trying to obtain information. Take your business elsewhere!

Don’t choose this horrible place. I am so sorry we did. No one was nice, it was carpet stained, smelled so awful during his service you could barely sit through it, in a dingy place in a warehouse It was just sad and disgusting, not 5 minutes at the gravesite and it was over, but the stench and unfriendliness I will never forget. Pretty generous with your stars I wouldn’t take my worst enemy there

Well Here I go, rating a Crematory Service! We had gone to Fort Collins to be with a dear friend through her last days. We were there for the last three weeks and with her passing came the cremation. Chris Goes, the director /​owner was incredibly nice, helpful, patient, accommodating, and open about all the services he delivers and about our ability to be a part of EVERY step of the process, and I mean EVERY step. We we all very pleased and thankful to have had this opportunity to achieve closure on a wonderful life of our long time friend Victoria.
