These guys charged me $ 220/​hour for driving time to pick up a part – without informing me of the cost. 5.5 hours for $ 1221! I could have hired a private limo for less money. Opportunistic and predatory business practices. I guess it’s more important for them to make a quick buck than build long-​term relationships or trust. The tech did resolve the issue though, which is why they get two stars instead of one.

I wouldn’t trust anyone from this company in my organization. I had to report one of their drivers to the Colorado State Patrol for aggressive driving on I-​25. I also called their company to let them know of this situation, and they brushed me off like it was standard operating procedure.
