Live Beyond Limit

I can say, with certainty, Live Beyond Limit has been life changing for me in the most positive of ways. From aerial and yoga to massage and reki, they offer it all. The community there is safe, welcoming and supportive. The studio is beautiful, with the perfect lighting, including fairy lights hanging from the ceiling and soft, colored leds creating a subtle glow from the floorboards. They have all the props you could possibly need there, including yoga mats, blocks and blankets. Kate is an unmatched wealth of knowledge when it comes to yoga, chronic pain management and alignment, not to mention strength and flexibility training. With her ever positive attitude and witty sense of humor, I always look forward to seeing her. Alex, who is the woman behind Anikolov Arts, is equally wonderful. I am in the greatest shape I have ever been thanks to her aerial program. She is a sweet, playful soul who’s teaching style encourages you to push yourself and grow in ways you never imagined. Her classes are so fun, you won’t even realize you are getting a workout. Expect to be sore. I have achieved both physical and mental goals because of the devoted staff of Live Beyond Limit. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough and I do so frequently. Not only have I found a family here, they have been incredibly welcoming to my 14 and 16 year old step daughters. The girls are always treated with respect and as equals, something every teenager wants. If you want to advance your yoga practice, learn to fly, or just need an alternative form of fitness, LBL is for you!!!

BEAUTIFUL studio. Such a wonderful atmosphere. Kate & other instructors are amazing! It’s in a great location, especially for Ft. Collins & Loveland yogis! & the simple and spacious parking is a definite bonus!

I visited LBL for the first time last week. Although I have known Kate for years, I moved away before her studio opened. I received the best massage from Josh, and I hold very high standards for massage therapists. Josh was very knowledgeable, caring, and exceeded all my expectations. This studio is amazing and I left feeling wonderful. Thanks for the hospitality and way to go «Team LBL»!

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is contagious & the instructors are very patient & compassionate. I am an aerial student here & LBL has truly changed my life in opening my eyes to what is possible. Taking aerial classes (like silk ropes & Lyra) has been one of the most amazing experiences in my life & I have a true passion to advance my practice as far as I can– & that’s the cool thing, if you are willing to work your butt off for it, they want to help you achieve your wildest dreams here. I feel so strongly that my instructors truly believe in me & I feel fortunate to have found such a gold mine for success. This place is helping me to create more opportunities for myself & what I want to see in my life– I am so thankful that I have them in my life! If you try them I can almost promise you will feel the same! So don’t be afraid to give yourself a chance to find out how amazing you really are– because you will find that here! :)

I have been visiting this studio since they opened and it’s a great place for Yoga as well as other services like assistance with back and shoulder pain from years of exercise. The instructor Kate is the best I have ever had. She is very concerned with going slow and form to make sure your yoga stretches are correct. I highly recommend Live Beyond Limit!

Kate is BY FAR the best yoga instructor I have ever practiced under. Her energy and guidance has helped me get my postures down correctly. I used to practice with Kate before she opened the new location, and the new space is so lovely! My next venture will be trying out the aerial silks class that they now offer.

I tried 4 other yoga studios before finding LBL. Kate is a gifted yoga instructor, my practice has come farther than I ever expected. The studio is gorgeous, a very intentional space. They offer a variety of classes and workshops. Prices are beyond reasonable. Highly recommend!
