This place is full of lies and deceptive practices. Stay away!!! You move in the say one thing and then when you move out they do not honor it. They will prorate the last month unless you move out early. I got charged a whole month for moving out the day after my rent was due. The manager told me when I moved in that they would prorate the move out. BEWARE

I have used this facility for over a year and a half while slowly relocating and beginning a new career in Portland. Manhattan Storage Unit within three months purposefully instituted a policy to ensure i would not be able to access my property, place a lien on my unit and in turn own my stuff after making payments for 18 months. They are flat out racist thieves but the racist part comes as no big shock.
