Called MRE after discovering some suspicious black substance on wall bricks during my basement remodel. They were very quick to respond with a phone call about one hour after submitting a query on their website. They listened to my situation and were able to step me through a quick and easy mold identification process using bleach… over the phone… FOR FREE! Turns out it wasn’t mold afterall. Very appreciative that they were able to help me with my issue over the phone. Could have easily deployed a technician and charged me for the work. I’m sold on using them for any future mold related issues. 5 stars. Danny Martin

I found this company through a Google search. The person who answered the phone addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the different possible scenarios that can occur after water damage. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me and was friendly, gave an honest opinion, and never tried to push a sale on me. In fact, he even suggested things I can try at home to solve my problem. I feel I can definitely trust this company and will definitely hire them when I need to.

I purchased a cabin in the mountains that had A LOT of mold in the unfinished basement. I contacted mold removal express because I had heard so many great things about them. The technician (Richard) drove 2 hours to our cabin to kill and clean the mold in the basement. When he arrived he was so friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I was so worried because of the large area the mold covered and we have a very small child. I couldn’t believe the before and after!!!
