They refuse to plow and maintenance is incompetent. Nothing has been updated, save for the sinks. Don’t live here, it’s not worth the money or the pain in your ass it’s going to be.

wow. wow, wow PLEASE tell everyone you know never ever live at New Colony Apts. The apartments have not been upgraded since the 1960’s and the management is difficult. Prior to moving, there were groups of strange men hanging around… sketchy. I know college apartments are known to be dives, but these take you to the bottom of the earth.
