Service is horrible. I recently purchased a desk with tempered glass shelves. Got it home only to find out that at least 1 shelf had broken and I had to return the item to store. I’ll give benefit of the doubt once and it could have been the store mishandling the item or defective merchandise from the manufacturer. The manager did the right thing on this occasion offering me 30% off and he would have a unit transferred from the Loveland store given that the desk was no longer in stock at his store. This was a Tuesday and I was informed that the item would be in Fort Collins by Friday or Saturday and that I would be called when it came in. When I hadn’t received any calls by Saturday, I contacted the store. Not only was the item not in but no one could be bothered to even process the transfer from Loveland in the first place. I’m setting up a new home office and wasted 5 days on people who have no interest in following through on professionally handling a customer relations problem and doing the right thing. I forgive once, then I’m done. I did get my money back with no arguments or issues but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
