Impressive. Door technician Adam arrived on time as scheduled. He really knows his stuff. My garage door was popping out of its track due to a stuck roller. He had it fixed within 20 minutes, and also went on to diagnose the other opener which was inop because the remote didn’t work. I had thought the opener was bad, which would have been $ 400. So he saved me some cash for sure. Great knowledge and communication. Even took some time to talk wood stoves as we finished up paperwork.
Only problem I had with these guys was on the initial call to schedule. Their website is confusing and only lists a 1 – 888 number, which takes you to their Denver office. The gal there answered by saying, ‘Hello?’, so I didn’t even know if I had a home or a business. 2^nd call to 439‑2345 never rang through. Had to make three phone calls before I got the right person.
Overall, though, very impressed and will use again.
