This is one incredible company. The representative that took my call was on the phone with me trying to assist with the size I needed. She had patience and the ability to understand exactly what would work best. The turnaround time was very short. The pedestals are perfect. I just can’t believe that this company worked out as great as they did. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

I’ve purchased at least 25 pedestals from Pedestal Source over 4 separate orders. Each order has been placed by phone and was easy to arrange. The orders were shipped exactly when promised, and with follow-​up making sure I was satisfied. A couple of the pedestals were custom ordered, and again, were exactly as ordered. In fact, I received YouTube updates prior to delivery! I’ve already referred at least 3 different people to Pedestal Source, and will continue to refer folks to them!

I needed to purchase several pedestals for work. I ordered them over the phone in various sizes some of which lit up, some of which did not. They expedited my request as we were working with a strict deadline and kept me informed throughout the whole process. What really sets them apart was their attention to detail regarding their customer service. Upon completion, I received a YouTube video made just for me showing the finished products as well as instructions for unpacking and use. Then yesterday I received a personalized card in the mail (not computer generated) along with a bottle of local hot sauce. (I put hot sauce on everything, this made my day!) In an age of technology it is rare to see a company use it to make that personal connection with their customers.
