The absolute worse property management company I have ever experienced. No return phone calls or solutions to problem tenants who rent homes in our community who our causing our property values to drop. Homeowners are told there is nothing Procom can do and are left to protect their property’s value themselves. They continue to raise HOA fees but the services provided are shotty at best, Landscaped common areas are just weeds. No enforcement on homeowners who don’t keep up their homes. No fines to owners break HOA rules. No sense in paying them to run our community if we have to do all the work ourselves. THE WORST HOA ever!!!
